Made in America so gotta pay $30 more for basically the same case minus the quality issues. I still don't think it's worth $70. I'll buy a plastic thin case at that point. But that's just me.
I have the same problem. It kind of fixes the button pressing issue, but the problem is: the case is not flush with the screen. That side, where buttons are, lifts up a little. They should really fix it the next batch and send it to customers that have bought the defect ones. I will never go back to Benks if this is how it is lol.
Just give up, they won't fix it. They already mass produced it. There's no review or other batch. They fked it up. There is too much material, and it distances from buttons. You can also pres in area around the button and it will press it to. This is shit, and I bought the more expensive version and has same issue.
Thank you for the follow-up. I was going to get this case for my s24U and S24 plus. Please let Benks know that this has happened a 2nd time with the benks case. Keep up the great work. I should be receiving my benks case in for the s24u this week. Hopefully no issues.
Hey man can’t say that’s happening with the S24 Ultra, for that one I went with the Spigen which is awesome, as for the Benks s24 + I fixed with pliers haha I hope you watched it
@ydtech2649 yeah brother I saw the fix. But you shouldn't have to do that. Benks is normally squared away so I'm not sure. But I would definitely hit them up again. Not only did I watched I also subscribed .
Wow this happened with the S23 as well?? I heard the magnet on the S24U was positioned too low to consistently wireless charge on the Armor Air case. They are fixing that issue as well. Wtf is Benks problem with quality control??
Thinborne produces a phenomenal case for the S24 series as well.

Yeah I would just return that case and wait a bit before ordering another one. But this case is so nice and different from others

Idk about the S23 series. But the S24 Plus definitely had issues!
How much it costs
I believe it’s $49 but Benks has a 15% discount at Amazon
