@@jpw311 i’m originally from Baltimore… actually Ellicott City but I’ve been in Arizona since 1974. I would think a transition from Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay and crabs to Tucson Arizona would be difficult. No offense, but having a picture of Kari Lake could be real turn off in a blue city. You may want to rethink that.
I'm moving to Arizona from North Carolina in December and am looking at settling down in either Phoenix or Tucson. You definitely peeked my interest in Tucson with this video! Thanks for this well-presented information!

Phoenix is hell compared to Tucson. Sorry. I lived there and in Tucson. I think it's getting it's own problems with homelessness and drugs, but Tucson is paradise compared to Phoenix. Visit Phoenix, live in Tucson.
@@interstellarconundrum4774 I am biased but for the same reasons. Tucson is still big enough to have all the conveniences with way less of the riff raff. Also, the views and mountains are superior. And I’ll take the cooler temps in Tucson
@@lifestyleintucsonarizona Mt. Lemmon is fantastic and short drive from Tucson. Many don't realize you can ski there. The only thing I like about Phoenix is its somewhat close proximity to Arcosanti, only an hour away. One of those places I visit whenever I'm in Phoenix on business. I also love the Frank LLoyd Wright's Taliesin West. The 60 minute tour is wonderful. The Norman Lykes house designed by Wright is now an Airbnb and the best experience I've ever had in an Airbnb. I miss Tucson, but it really is not the best place to raise children. Sure it has incredible natural beauty, but I've raised two families, one in Tucson and one where I live now, in the forest near a lake. I'll take the four distinct seasons and the lake in a remote college town with practically zero crime any day of the week. Yes, such places still exist. Thanks for your channel!
@@nenengando6027 Great question. There are no out of pocket expenses for buyers to see a home. A buyer would need to put down an earnest money deposit once they wrote an offer on a home and the offer were accepted. If you want more specifics feel free to text me at 520-639-9117.

@@PaintedSkyDweller thanks for watching and commenting. I can appreciate your perspective although living here my whole life, I don’t agree. As with all cities, this is very subjective to area. And much like all cities, in some areas you will find bad roads, bad drivers, transients and crime. This doesn’t represent the whole of Tucson and Surrounding areas.
Thanks for watching. I always appreciate other people perspective of Tucson. No doubt, I have also encountered people who don't wave back or acknowledge you when you say hello. I am sure we all have. For the most part, it has been my experience that people are friendly. Especially when you compare to places like Phoenix, Los Angelos, Denver, Dallas, etc.
Tucson Arizona is out of water. People are building houses outside the city limits and selling to out of state 😅buyers. A lot of these houses don’t have enough water to last 10 years.
I'm curious where you found the info showing that Tucson AZ is out of water and that a lot of houses don't have enough water to last 10 years?? I've worked in RE in Southern AZ for over 15 years, been party to thousands of RE transaction and am pretty networked in the space. I have never encountered a property in Tucson or the greater Tucson area that didn't have adequate water supply. Never even heard of that being a reality for a homeowner in the Tucson area.
Generally homes in the US are larger in sqft compared to homes in tucson. The biggest factor is probably the age of most of the homes in Tucson. Much of the homes in Tucson are much older. They used to build much more modest sized homes. That being said, many of the homes built in the last 15-20 years in Tucson are predominantly larger between 2,200 - 3,000 sqft.

is water an issue in areas like flagstaff?
@ I’m not sure what the water situation is up north to be honest. It’s not an area I am as familiar experienced with.
