A clean "new" hobby table is like a new car....Its like opening a brand new pot of your favorite Tamiya paint. Yes, I build models, going on over 40(+) years now.
Zaku, your workstation is amazing! Could you make a video explaining what each material is for? Not every country has easy access to all this stuff! Congratulations!
I generally keep all my volatile modeling glued in air tight "tupperware"/locking containers to prevent the fumes escaping since it seems they don't seal properly when closed.
Cool setup. I really like the hidden drawer on your work surface. Only downside is you really can't place anything on that area...unless you only store rarely used items under the top.
Love this setup. I'm glad you did these videos, as I have been looking at HobbyZone for a while, but the shipping to the USA is cost-prohibitive. Now that there are US retailers, I'm going to be placing an order with them soon to build out my hobby bench.
Zup Zak, you must be happy with this unit, it looks great, I love it. Those sanding sponges, you can’t find them in the US 🥺, sanding sticks are also hard to find, I use nail polisher😬...personal stamp kool, oficial gundam water decals awesome, I guess the Barbatos painting its on hold ‘till the air compressor arrives, Hobby Zone it’s expensive but worth it, I have four sections and they make my working/desk much eye candy and organize. As I progress and learn more airbrush painting I’ll buy more of these sections, nice set up, thanks for taking the time to make this video, later. Shalom!
Tsorovan Zero, I’ll check it out but Ive googled it without any luck. My son is in South Korea right now, gonna text him see what he can find. Later thanks! 😎👍🏼
I would suggest looking at Vegeta8259 (Now Henry McClellan) if you would like to begin learning about resin kits. The comments are sometimes helpful too. Zaku has some resin kits, but we might be waiting for a while for video about resin.
Absolutely love this setup and a true inspiration! As this is the first video of yours Ive seen (loved it btw) I was wondering what the wire/grid wall system with the hanging baskets was or if you covered that in a previous video? (Behind the hobby zone stuff with the resin figures in) thank you for your time!
I have the hobbyzone modules and just received 6 more units. They are brilliant but only issue is that for the price...I would expect them to be pre-built but I guess that's why they appeal to us modellers.
I thought it was a big room, with all the drawers and everything lols. Just a beginner here. But i always wanted to try to build a gunpla. Ive build a rx 78 revive last december and just started to build Rg Nu gundam yesterday. Any tips.. cause i kinda cut a little to deep on the plastic.
You can use putty, such as contour putty, or modeling putty to fill it and sand it back, or use super glue and baking soda, for a cheaper, stronger, but harder to sand fill.
Which company do you think is better hobbyzone or arttystation since they have similar stuff. Because arttystation seems like a better deal than hobbyzone imo.
What a dream, one day i hope to have a setup like this!
Same here 😭😭😭😭😂😂😂
Same here...
I realize it's pretty randomly asking but does anyone know a good site to stream new movies online ?

I do the same exact thing 👍
Great set up! 🤖 This was a year ago- I imagine now it looks even better with more desk space. 🤙
I had to stop watching a third of the way through, your setup and all your stuff was making me jealous :P
Dude! That looks sooooo good!!!
Cool setup. I really like the hidden drawer on your work surface. Only downside is you really can't place anything on that area...unless you only store rarely used items under the top.
Lol right. That’s why I’ll basically use that space for a queuing area for stuff to paint and I can easily move stuff away if I need

ZakuAurelius what is your hobby bench called it looks sooooo good
Such an amazing set-up!! I think i have workbench envy 🤣
It looks so clean. Nice!

Korea does keep a lot of the good stuff to themselves. You can get Tamiya sanding sponges off of Amazon though, and I really like them.

Would you ever consider doing a resin kits for beginners kind of video where you explain the basics of resin kits?
I would suggest looking at Vegeta8259 (Now Henry McClellan) if you would like to begin learning about resin kits. The comments are sometimes helpful too. Zaku has some resin kits, but we might be waiting for a while for video about resin.
Sure! I’m certainly no expert so basics would be about the limit! Haha
Awesome setup! I almost feel inspired to organize my own work area. Almost
Hoping to see this stuff more widely distributed. Especially through USAGundam.
Nice set up man ,I wish I had a quarter of the supplies you have !
Looks like the perfect GBWC Work Station .
No excuse not to compete now!

Adam Fox sent me. Nice lighting too.
What’s the name of this girl figure next to the fumina one?
Wow, the figure rise labo figures are way bigger than I thought they were.
I would put all the sanding near each other, but with the drawers in standard sizes, that is not that big a hassle.
ah i'm so jelly, i hope I can grow a fun setup like this someday
Looking good!
Where do you get your diorama bases in Korea?

Lol I can’t say the building process for them was “appealing” but the results are very nice yes!
how long does it take it to be delivered
whats the kit on the right at 9:15?
It’s a resin GK
How about a video of your airbrush area, explaining the exhaust system etc. 👍
anyway you could just...make the ultimate gunpla shopping list :D lolol
Did u use some type of tool for "manipulate" tamiya basic putty, like some kind of spatula or else?
Usually just a toothpick. For polyester putty though I’ll usually use just a scrap of plaplate as a putty knife
@@ZakuAurelius as i thought, i was doing it right 😉

Nice setup, noticed the Wave chisels, my 1.0, 2.0 tips went bad very early on, which is a shame.
that desk hidden compartment tho... nice
Could you please provide a shopping list for the HobbyZone components?
Love it!
What a dope work space. Wonder how much it cost you. I definitely want to get a set up like this!
11:28 hmm.. review that on the left please..
Glad I wasnt the only one to notice lmao
it is plamax makoto toda
He hide so much things there
Name of that metal scraping tool and would you recommend it?
Does Wave have a website?
Great video!
Where did you get the wire racks and baskets ?

Sorta off topic but the stamp got me curious. What did do for work over in Japan?

Hello ,do you have a link for your tiny sanding stick ?
And that's a nice setup
Where can I order the Wave sanding sticks? I can’t seem to find them.
anyone know the name on those 600 grits sanding sponge?

a nice clean up is a good thing, but where did the Goku go? lol.
He’s nearby!
Goals.
Wooow so beautiful your storroom I have lilittle tool kit
What's the rotary tool called? Looks a lot more easier to use than a bulky Dremel.
Can’t remember the name or number exactly off hand but the company is David Union, you can find them online
What did u do with the wave hangar you had
It’s near by
Man i wish i could have this setup in the future
I just have the most scuffed setup ever
Hey man end of the day it’s all in how you use it!

Yeah they’re convenient!
Utada Hikaru would be proud of you ! Btw, no GodHand?
Nippers? Nope
I checked the HZ website, I can't find these units, can't even find a price
It should be there now ;)

Design wise I prefer HobbyZone. Plus they’re the original afaik. But arrty does seem to more widely available and cheaper
Where did you get your stamp of your name in Japanese? Can you direct me to a store you purchases it at?
In japan at a stamp store lol. I lived there before and you need it for banking stuff so that’s why I have it
I always want this modular tool box...but the shipping cost is insane
Anyway why you not reviewing korean base paint, toll etc?like IPP or kong's
I’d just heard from Korean friends years ago that they preferred Japanese paints so that’s what I’ve stuck to. Price is almost the same
All the good parts are sold out.
Just curious how much it cost for set like this? 🤔
$200~300?
Your looking at $400 (give or take $20) for what is shown. Median price per unit is $25.
R u talking about all his things or just the boxes
