My first video with you guys & I must say y’all did an Outstanding job. Additionally, this is very beneficial for my family & I because we leave in 2 weeks & because of your production, we do not have to guess or rush. We have confirmed exactly what we want to see, do & eat. Thank you so much. Wishing y’all joy, health & continuous blessings.
We are heading to Telluride in August for 8 days. This was such a great video! We did not find many videos that we liked or could relate to on Telluride. Thank you for sharing!
Great fun to watch! Funniest part was the blooper at 11:28! I kept reversing and playing back to be sure I heard it right and I did! It was from all that activity!
My whole family is from Telluride, and I went to middle school there. The kind of place where even if you live/have lived there, you're still astounded by the beauty every day. Phenomenal area.
TYSM for this video! I copied y'all and did the via Ferrara and MTB in telluride and my family was so impressed and thankful and said it was best vacation ever
Wow wow wow! This was incredible words can’t explain! So nice to see you guys are back, and this was shot so beautifully. Why am I so happy for you Guys hahaha I’m glad though I’d love to know what’s next, won’t lie my ideas can’t beat this! Lol
Haha! Thanks for always being so supportive and encouraging. I always feel silly posting our videos, but I'm glad at least one person enjoys them! We recently got back from Spain so as soon as I find some time, I'll edit and post that video too!
Hey guys! Your videos truly are great. My wife and I also live in the LA area. So cool seeing these unique trips. Specially these hidden gems that are so close to us. We have a 14 month old so we’ll vicariously travel through your videos for now! Enjoy your time alone and your unforgettable adventures.
Next time you're in Telluride in the summer, rent a jeep or take a loop tour over Imogene and Black Bear Pass via Ouray. There are many amazing 4x4 jeep passes in the area - Ophir, Engineer, Hurricane, California Gulch, Cinnamon. You could easily spend a week exploring the high country above Telluride, Ouray and Silverton.
yeah im looking forward to doing that as well , just saw a video about a trail/road that takes u to ouray from telluride...its looks absolutley spectacular
@@josej.eduardo6827 yes, on a few passes, but probably not on Black Bear and Imogene and definitely not on Poughkeepsie Gulch. Depends on how long the wheelbase is on your truck and your level of experience driving rugged 4x4 roads. Jeeps are better for the rougher roads, especially when you encounter a shelf and large rocks.
We were just there this weekend, it's probably our tenth trip there so far. We absolutely LOVE it, we live in AZ/NM so it's an easy drive for us. We stayed at the "Hotel Telluride" this time and absolutely loved it. But we stayed in mountain village as well, you can't beat that. The Caravan Middle Eastern "Cafe" was perfect after a full day of chasing our 7 year old around his favorite playground. It's the off season right now so a lot of stores and restaurants were temporarily closed but the views alone are worth it. I highly recommend Telluride, lots to do for all ages, that's why we're re-planning a pandemic-postponed 20 person family trip here next year! Great video, thank you for sharing!! (liked and subscribed)
@@ParallelTracks It was perfect! The snow still on the mountains, a lil chill in the air, very few people... wish I could share photo here! Looking forward to your future videos, we love to travel to new places as well! Should you ever come toward AZ again, visit Canyon de Chelly (National Monument) we own land there.
great video guys...i been to telluride and did the via ferratta which was absolutley awesome and also hiked a little up to the waterfall..great little perfect town .. next time will be maybe a few trails to hike, the brewery or the gondola and definitely the mountain biking...thanks for sharing ur awesome 3 dayer there
Great video, my wife and I honeymooned in Telluride in August 1995, and stayed at the Peaks. I was looking for a video of Telluride to show my daughter. Yours was a fun reminder of the trip. We did several trail hikes, and my favorite excursion was renting a Jeep to go over Imogene Pass. I highly recommend that. We didn’t plan it, but we happened to be there for the Telluride Film Festival, and that was a lot of fun. When we were at the Peaks, I got up early every morning and went down to the Altezza restaurant, to sit at one of those tables by the window, drink coffee and watch the sun light up the mountain. The day before the film festival the resort was practically empty, I went out for a round of golf and my wife hit the spa. I basically had the whole course to myself.
You guys are a cute couple. The next time you go back to Telluride, I recommend visiting the old cemetery. It has tombstones dating back to the 1880's or earlier. It is a hoot.
@Running...Only summers? Those of us here below would be most reluctant to leave paradise (and I mean it) once there. Question. Do you take your awesome lifestyle for granted?
I’m going to telluride this weekend! I’m also going to the peaks resort and I’m definitely going to try the mountain biking you recommend. Awesome video! 🤙
Great video! Got so many ideas - I’m going there tomorrow! Y’all have balls of steel for doing that rock climb. Just subbed, cheers fellow travel vloggers!
Started going to Telluride before the ski resort. Still a mining town. Houses on back st. where lifts are were 600-800 dollars each. Should have bought the town.
Shoot, we don’t remember the name. But if you go to the main area (the main spot for skiing in the winter) you’ll find the mountain bike trail. There is a rental company at the base that will get you all hooked up. Your hotel concierge might be able to give you the actual name too. Have fun!!
@@ParallelTracks Ohhh, yeah. Late 80's. Breakfast was wake-n-bake+muffin on the porch of Baked in Telluride. I had one of the early "mountain bikes" before they were a thing. Was relatively safe to bike/bar-crawl until the middle of the night. Alley racing in illegal automobiles. Trying not to laugh at the gasping tourists. Piled-up weirdos tripping in the radio station....strange days.
I am severely disabled requiring the use of a wheelchair and Canadian Crutches. I successfully sued Telluride Ski & Golf and their head security guard in civil court for violating many of my constitutional / civil rights. The head security guard, John Cohn, relentlessly stalked me, bullied me, used disgusting language towards me, he and his entourage of security guards tried unsuccessfully in preventing me from using the gondola system which is overseen by the NTSB. If your disabled, use caution around Telluride Ski and Golf security guards.
Thank you very much for the reply. Planning a summer Colorado road trip this year and definitely planning to take some time in Telluride. Great video! Thanks again
