Pathetic company never delivers on time at time of delivery it always shows as delivery delayed due to unforceen circumstances. Company is not serious about customer service.
How is your mattress performing now. Any body pain?
Since I'm using it, I haven't faced such issues till now. If I found anything bad about this mattress, I'll definitely post another vlog on that topic. And I think if someone is facing back pain issues then they can flip the mattress as the bottom side is Lil hard as compared to the top layer but here, hard doesn't mean that you will feel uncomfortable... Both sides are good for sleeping, you can choose according to your preferences.

I'm using same mattress. Looks is good, softness is normal. Single pillow will work. If you are staying in low altitude area, I mean garmi jagah pe to don't buy this because it doesn't have cooling effect. You will find uncomfortable specially during summer. I didn't find other issues.

Hi Anand, I think in most cases, hard mattresses cause back pain problems but imo, if you are facing back problems for a long time then you should consult with a physiotherapist and maybe he will resolve your back pain problem. Also this mattress is very soft and comfortable so if you feel comfortable on a soft mattress then you can consider this mattress.

Yes, if you don't use a cooler or ac during hot summer then this mattress can produce some heat because it is purely made of foams. If they use any other materials like jute etc then they have to compromise with its softness.
Is it packable again as before .. please answer
In simple words, the answer is NO. But If you want to pack this mattress as it was in its initial state, then you need an air remover machine then only you can pack it like earlier. Otherwise you can roll it if you are moving somewhere else.

Heating issues to nhi hai ??
Hi shubham, One of my relatives is using this mattress before I bought it and they haven't faced any issues as of now. And I've also not found any heating issues in this mattress. It is very soft and comfortable.
