- 🐸 🐸 Frog legs - a hybrid of CHICKEN 🐔 and FISH 🐟. So, you don't believe me? Try it first and then start talking ☝🏻.
Today I've prepared a (bizarre) food item and I hope you're prepared. Frog 🐸 legs make people a bit squeamish and I'm here to fix that attitude. I prepared the frog legs in a Korean-style sweet and sour sauce.

The first attempt at making the sauce was an absolute fail 😡, however, the recipe portion of the video is still good to follow. The second attempt at the sauce was POINT ON - I couldn't handle the deliciousness 😍. I double-fried the legs but they can also be sauteed.
As a nice "carb-y" pairing, I prepared two packets of ICE FIRE NOODLES ❄️ 🔥. I recommend eating these noodles with ice cubes - it makes for a refreshing and crispier tasting noodle.

Grapeseed oil

Minced garlic
MInced ginger
Dried chili peppers
Sesame seeds
Cilantro, garnish
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1/4 soy sauce
1/2 corn syrup
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp honey mustard

Because of you I've been learning how to make different foods, specifically Vietnamese. I went to a store called Tan Viet and met the most amazing Vietnamese guy! Hi Thien, I think you didn't react negatively or put off by his suggestions because you were intelligent enough to comprehend the differences between the two cultures and you were respectful. I had frog legs when I was eight years old, or so, at a Chinese Restaurant in Mexico. Loved them. Tasted like chicken to me.

Hi Thien, there is an amazing store that sells JUST kim chi in Garden Grove you must try cuz you love kimchi like me! so they sell it in a big glass jar - you can get the full head cabbage- they cut it in half length wise and shove the whole things in the jar. That’s my fave. You do have to cut it up each time you want it but man, it’s sooooooo delicious. Or you can get it cut up which is less crunchy but still crunchy... they also have the little small radish kimchi. It is cash only. The full head napa kimchi is about $14. No MSG and spicy but not too spicy. The flavor is unreal! The name of the little shop is SEOUL DO SOON YI KIMCHI CO. The address is 9972vGarden Grove Blvd. Recycle the glass jar if you return there to buy. I buy the ones that were made a few days ago so it’s been fermented a little. If you get the brand new fresh ones, it must stay refrigerated so you will have to wait a few days before it sours up. Love your face by the way, far or near- focused or fuzzy.

to get the lens to focus on you and the food you may need to adjust your aperture. right now, is it on the most wide open?? i'm not sure what lens you use, but the lower the number, the wider the aperture, which gives you the depth of field (blurriness in the background). if you change the aperture to something higher (and adjust the lighting of course) it may help

frog legs are my favorite growing up, my grandma used to cook them when we were in the Philippines but she always boiled them like soupy frog legs it was amazing just like chicken but smaller lol

We have it here in the Philippines specifically in the province of Pampanga. We cook it Spicy Adobo Style or fried. They are so good.
The first time I had frog legs was at a buffet too! Funny thing is... it was so damn good and I was like to my mom, “omg the fried chicken here is so good!” And she goes “those r frog legs...” LOL
