No surprised people are moving here in Boston, we have the best health care, best hospitals, best doctors, I live in Framingham but go to Boston a lot for events at the TD Garden, not only do they film a lot in Boston but here in Framingham as well, I’m waiting for my section 8 so I can get out of the Ham and move into the city life. Boston is so fun to walk around and love the subways. If you ever come to Framingham come to my chick fil A, and the only thing I still hear from bostonians is wicked lol. Welcome to Massachusetts 🥰
Love the video.!! Can you do one talking about the utilities and rent. How much is the general cost of living. And doing grocery. I’m planning to move to boston and I need all the info
Thank you for your videos about Boston! I'm coming to visit soon and I'm wondering if you have any recommendations on what I should bring in terms of coats and clothes for early February weather?
I'm from Boston and live here i ride my bicycle everywhere. I've never met a Filipino person before you should just buy a bicycle it's cheaper than riding the T
I've considered getting a bike sometime! For me the T is free because the place I work at covers the costs of a monthly pass so I'm really trying to take advantage of that
Also, as far as movie sets go, quite a few movies that are supposed to be set in the pacific northwest or Alaska were filmed in MA(cheaper to film in Ma). The topography of New England looks a lot like those areas. The movie "The Proposal" with Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock, was set in Alaska but was filmed in Rockport, Ma. Looks EXACTLY like Alaska/pacific northwest up there.
I just moved to Boston this past November and I guess the UA-cam algorithm finally figured it out :D Great vid! I hope you're enjoying the city as much as I have so far!!!
I'm a Filipino and will be moving to Boston Feb 2022 from PH. Your videos are very helpful. If anybody could recommend where I should look for a place to stay, that will be much appreciated. I will most probably take the T for work.
This really depends on whether you prioritize proximity to work, price, and/or location. Relatively cheap places tend to be near the end of the T lines so I would start there since the commute is a bit longer
Boston's water is hard. So when you take a shower you need to lotion up after. That also contributed to dryness. Get Shea butter of Amazon. It's way more moisturizing
We Bostonians learned to not have an accent by hanging out with people who don't have accents. Because we got tired of being told by people not from Boston that we have the accent.
@@HadelLynnLeyco I'm being silly on the point. In fact, in 1968, I met and talked with people from all over the planet, while remaining in Boston. Then one day I met some people from California, who -- a first -- said that I had an accent. I coolly but politely pointed out that "I'm FROM HERE," and THEY were the visitors, so if anyone had an accent it was the "foreigner". Otherwise, people with accents tend to "adapt" to the local "accent" once the novelty of being challenged for having an accent from somewhere else wears off.
