🔸 1000 g peeled potatoes
🔸 3 eggs
🔸 A pinch of salt
🔸 Oil for frying
Grate the potatoes.
Be sure to squeeze out excess moisture.
Add the eggs and salt, then mix everything well.
Fry in sunflower oil.
Serve with sour cream for an even better taste!
