Mild Italian Beef crock pot slow cooked!

- Directions:
In a Crock Pot :
3-5 lbs (1.35 Kg - 2.3 Kg) Roast Beef
2 Cups (16 oz) Water
1 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz Jar of Peperoncini peppers and juice
1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp of each:
Salt. Black Pepper. Dried Oregano. Dried Basil. Onion Salt. Dried Parsley. Garlic Powder.
Dry Italian Dressing mix.
Add all to the Crock Pot.
Cook on high for 10-12 hours.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
I like to check the meat once in a while, and shred it as it cooks. This technique creates more flavor into the beef.
Serve as a sandwich on a hoagie bun or ciabatta roll. Tip: a hamburger bun will get saturated with the juice from the meat. Strain the juice from the crock pot, and use as a dipping sauce. Other wise, the meat is very tasty served on mashed potatoes, use the juice to make a gravy, and pour over top! Either way... it is very tasty! Enjoy!
