People like shiny objects... QB, WR, RB - but it all begins in the trenches. O-line, o-line, o-line. And o-line coach. And OC. Then see how much better the QB, RBs and WRs are... Oh, and let me call special attention to the OC who called a punt on 4th and inches in a playoff game they were losing when they needed a spark.
Questions do need to be asked from the top down, player selection, coaching, play calling, draft choices, injuries, all of that plus we have to look at what players are actually available that want to play for Pittsburg or just want the money a big contract brings then turn out to be a bust long term. After all of that the team needs a total rebuild
They say Pickens. Don't you ever sue the guy but they have Williams too. They only threw the ball to Williams about 12 times the whole season and every time you got to catch it was a big play for him. Get a ball to him more
This past season was an embarrassment. The players in the loss to Baltimore acted like they didn’t give a shit! They gave a lackluster effort in a playoff game no less! It was so unsteeler like! I think that no Steeler should be safe! Haywood was the only one who came to play and he is getting old. I would listen to any offers. It is time for a rebuild!
Perhaps something can be done by addition to help the Steelers, rather that subraction. Find a QB coach to help Justin Fields smooth the rough edges, and hire him. Find someone who is adept at identifying good players in the late rounds of the draft, because the Steelers are always in the middle of a draft, in the mediocre section. Mike Tomlin is not a bad defensive coach, but ineffective on the offensive side. His assistant coaches are not bad, either, but identifying QBs, and skill offensive players is another story.
Arthur smith sucks Offensive line stunk Pickens needs to go Tomlin isn’t the man anymore Russell Wilson is over Fields isn’t any better get rid of the whole team
Tomlin isnt going anywhere and there will not be any major changes .. tomlins ego will continue to be a factor with assistant coaches and ownership does not have the courage to make changes at HC .. you heard "tweeks and adjustments" in this segment meaning more of the same for 2 more seasons .. verdict is out whether the son makes drastic changes whenever that comes .. and also the GM concerning player personnel ..
@@carlauel7353nah bruh it’s our o-line. How you gonna allow over 35+ sacks this season, Warren got hit behind the los atleast 12 times, Najee atleast 30 times.
I totally agree with the Bus 💯💯💯
Hire Bus as RB coach
The o-line couldn’t block for nun man..

Tomlin is the problem
This is only the beginning of a long, complicated offseason. But the Bus was right to be critical.
The O-line is a big problem. Even the best running wouldn’t be successful.
Totally if either of there two running backs move on to another team with a decent O Line they will be 1500+ yards a season easily
What good are all of Najee’s running yards if he’s still hardly getting in the endzone and they need to rely on Boswell?
O-line people!!!!!
If you put Henry on Steelers wouldn't do nothing young O line

Give the blame where it was deserved, the O-line, period!!!!!
Another wide receiver would help
Cowher built a team that could run for several years without a coach. The only way Tomlin was able to win a Super Bowl.
Very true

the front line has more to do with running the ball success than Harris or Warren

Thompson is not the problem

if the defense cant get one yard for a first down? that sounds like a line problem to me.. redzone scoring is a no go!!!!!

There will be 7 teams in line to hire him . Leave him alone
They can have him, and the mediocrity
That’s a joke. Nobody seriously wants that loser.
@@GGCGAGSGmaxx Crosby does, John gruden a great head coach as well.
And also chargers fans do as well. He is quite literally number 1 runningback in free agency, Aaron Jones is 2nd because he’s older then king henry
