"Damn, Fields 3 times in a row. Oh shit 4. 5!! WTF 6?????"
Man really had to piss the o-line off or something
watching justin fields get killed for over 1 minute lol
That Browns QB Robinson got wrecked over and over too
Pretty sure he hasn’t gotten a roughing the passer call in like 17 games either 😂😬
Yeah he doesn’t get calls and I don’t know why
Man some of these roughing the passer calls are so bad. What's worse is how inconsistently its called
Tom Brady retired... its called the Tom Brady Effect, its so simple.....................
It will be worse next year. You heard it here.
I bet this ages like wine@@jeremiahbachmann3901
It’s gonna be worse next year since we had so many quarterbacks get hurt this year.
I agree how inconsistent these calls are but I also think if you really wanna protect the quarterback make them wear bigger pads like everyone else and if your gonna run like and NFL player you should be able to get hit like one
The late slides are so unfair for the defender.
True to some extent but in almost every case, the defender drops until the blade of grass are brushing his chest to get a nice, late hit in on the sliding QB. There's no reason they can't stay upright other than wanting to make a hit so badly they stop thinking.
Yeah but most are taught to tackle low, head up. The rest is physics. @@MiltonRoe
They have a perfect reason to go low, the runners always lower their head when theyre about to take a hit. If the defender aims for the chest and runner lowers their head into it then it it also a penalty against the defender. The games rigged against them every which way
No it's not. The qb is sliding don't tackle him. Simple.
@notorioustori blame the teachers for teaching wrong. Not the gams
Justin fields could really have his own highlight reel of getting hit!😂
Man can take a hit. 1 of those would put me out for season
That dtr hit montage was brutal to watch too even as a ravens fan
Makes me wonder if things will be different for Caleb. Now we’ll find out
“Personal Foul. Protecting the money. I mean… unnecessary roughness”
Bro it’s unwatchable now. They’ve needed the whole game and it’s lame
The difference between “big hit” videos now and 10-20 years ago is CRAZY
yeah now they're all penalties
@@martinlatour9311 everything's a penalty! Pretty soon the NFL's gonna be nothing but a bunch of old ladies on the field knitting!
@@ericpl7227I can’t even watch it. It’s just the refs running around with flags now. Only titty bumping is allowed
No autopsy, no foul.
Every time there's a sack or big hit, my first instinct is to check for a flag now. It's sad what they're doing to this great sport.
I hate the roughing the passer call but it’s always just the inconsistency that’s most frustrating. Fields is out there getting lit up on plays that other QBs got penalties for lol
in half of them hes a runner? i do agree the Z smith one should have been called tho
He's a running back cosplaying as a QB.
@@eezeyLeading with the helmet/helmet to helmet is still a penalty even when tackling a runner. See the flags for tackling Dak and Herbert in this same video.
@@theangrypelican5270 it is because the Bears are not a prominent team in the league right now. But they have the health of the players in mind 🤔
If only he had an offense to give the ball to instead of running it himself half the time.
Bro the fact that there were about 5 back to back clips of Fields getting rocked in nuts ngl
And there have been zero flags for late hits or unnecessary roughness on him since the first half of last year. Josh Allen had more (6) by week 5 than Fields has had in his career (5)
As long as Justin Fields is in the league, he'll always make this video compilation.
I’ll never understand why he never gets a flag when he’s hit hard
not how penalties work@@samdeuter
@@SFTaYZa I know how penalties work but I’ve seen roughing the passer called on lighter hits around the league and Fields just never seems to get one
@@samdeuterbc he slides to late/ and is not a top 10 qb, so the refs wont call that. tom brady would barely get touched and it would be a roughing call everytime
So when the Washington player picked him up in the pocket and slammed him on his head it was a clean hit because he was sliding late? Makes sense@@mymaynee5963
I am very happy (as a lifelong lions fan) that the first like 4 and a half minutes was almost exclusively the bears
Shush. Your team has only been good for two minutes in the past two decades. Don't be jealous of the storied Bears franchise.
I really appreciate in how all your videos you show the penalty call it’s nice to see what the true outcome of the play is thank hou
Never seen so many touching the passer calls before in one video
New NFL rule 2024: If a defender looks at the QB with angry eyes, the defense shall receive a 15 yard Unsportsmanlike.
There was a solid mix of bad calls and bad non-calls in this video. You all want to whine about the NFL going soft even if it's not what you're seeing. The inconsistency is the problem.
Unless its Fields, then apparently you can go to town lol.
Y’all want big hits on QBs until it’s your Qb that gets concussed.
1:01 I've said that some of these hit that draw flags are good hits that are solid and even brutal, but not illegal. It's football. It is either a game that can be played, or it can't.
You have to be dumb to not think thats a foul he tackles head first into Wilson. I agree many of these hits that draw flags nowadays are dumb but thats an awful example to use.
@@entr224 The human body has the head on top. If a person is going forward and bends at the waist, he will be going head-first. I don't know a way around the simple dynamic of the human physiology. In the example I gave, the tackler is going head-first but his head and shoulder hit Wilson at about the same time, neither body part directly hitting Wilson's helmet. I could argue that it is a sport where the speed and size of today's players have outpaced today's concern for safety.
Homie its not that hard to lean head first into someone. You probably haven't played football in 40 years but when they teach us to tackle its not that hard to avoid hitting the head.
Imagine how many roughing the passer penalties have been called on run plays bruh
You answered your own question
Fields is going to be talking like Rocky Balboa in a couple years from all those hits.
The hit in Dobbs was just nasty. That turnover shouldn't have counted.
I feel the pain for all the QBs who got hit in this video.
Except Watson. I smiled when he got hit.
@@blue91civicbro won’t let a non guilty verdict go, did you say the same about Ray Rice and Big Ben?
@@danmarks8330 Yup. Both scum. Still upset that they celebrated Rapistburgers retirement.
Pay me the same as them I’ll take the hits. Definitely won’t last long but I’ll smile at my savings balance.
The year of the Back-Up!
0:20 what a cheap shot at the same time
Refs should have called something on that play
At least he got what he deserved in the end
Oof yea I was gonna say nah good football play then the other angle shows the defender using the crown of the helmet to smash the qbs jaw
Guys just playing hard. The helmet to helmet rule is lame. Both you should go take a lap for being soft
@@fishmonger7020 well, would you like to be hit like that? Also I giving hard hits and I kinda likes that play, but still a little dirty
@@Jonah-_Shuman8I did get hit like that. Part of the game was that you used crossing routes sparingly because they were dangerous. They’ve changed the game and nerfed it and it’s lame
Don’t pitch it to you fucking QB if you don’t want him to get hit lol
7:35 "personal foul, picture perfect tackle on the quarterback, defense. We don't like that and that's the rules, first down." 💀💀 that foul rule is nothing but an absolute joke.
The rule is pretty clear about driving the passer into the ground. This has been a rule for many years, so it's far from a "picture perfect tackle." It's fine to complain about the rule, but don't lie about the rules.
@@flyingdics1 that's exactly what my comment was saying??
@@flyingdics1 my comment is pretty much just laughing at the fact that it contradicts a "perfect tackle" and that the driving into the ground rule is a joke to ways of tackling for football, just to clear that up
@@phoenixb3690 Gotcha, you're actually just complaining and joking about misunderstanding the rules. Whiners gonna whine!
@@flyingdics1 what?- you literally just said it's fine to complain about the rules but alright.. Just saying that the rule is contradicting for tackling in football, no matter if it's against a QB or not, it's simply just contradicting, which is why I find it bizarre, all I'm saying bro
1:30 Good call by the NFL REFS. THE Lions guy hit the Raiders QB Low in the Endzone.
I mean not really. The dude clearly tripped. The rules are dumb as shit. Defender has no option other than to not hit him and let him get away due to how the rules are written. QBs just need to take hits its the sport of football.
@@ryansaintz2575 If dirty hits are legal because somebody "tripped," then you'll see a lot more "tripping" all over the field. Making excuses for lazy and greedy defense is pretty dumb, imo.
the lions been doing hits like this. Dan Campbell says that's how they coach them to hit in an interview. Dirty team. Dirty Coaching
@@kevinbellamy3823y’all are truly slow
@@kevinbellamy3823 Lmao do you have a link to this?
Justin Fields= Modern day Cam Newton…dude gets his life knocked back more than any QB I know. I hope he has a healthy life after football
That Garappolo hit to the knee was so dirty. Dude knew what he was doing. Absolutely disgusting
Yo these are big hits
Fields needs roughing the passer calls on more than half of his hits like damn. Has 0 this year
If you’re past the line of scrimmage you’re no longer a passer.
He's a runner half the time. It is what it is. You should be allowed to hit the guy with the ball...it's kinda the point of football.
There’s plenty of unnecessary roughness when he’s sliding that’s not shown in the video
@W4ST3DAZN he took plenty of helmet shots too that never got called. There's a theory that refs either won't call it for him because he runs so much or because someone has it out for him up top.
@@jeremiahbachmann3901did u even watch the video the dude was hit in the head like 4 times. I’ll quote them in another comment.
Unnecessary Roughness, my favorite NFL penalty
I'm sensing a pattern of Fields in this video 😂
i love your vid
Fields got f*cked up LMAOOO
Oh man that last one! Just defending his end zone.
these refs are shortening careers by choice. crazy.
Last year I said that Fields would learn to protect himself, clearly I was wrong. Also this may be a hot take but I think all these "QB protection rules" are leading to QBs doing more risk taking because they're not respecting the fact that they might get absolutely plastered by a grown man running full speed.
Looks like Fields might not be the problems for the Bears. The problem just might be the lack of protection.
Vontaze burfict hits lookin clean compared to this dirt
1:29 idk what you do as a defender when you're falling like that you cant stop yourself lol
Justin Fields had way too many of these hard hits for my liking
That first highlight on Dak symbolizes his career perfectly. Always falling short in everything he does.
Some of these dudes gonna be going to minicamp on the short bus after these hits
DTR vs Ravens, the browns set him up ,he only got an hour to prepare for that punishment.
Justin gotta personally own a ice tub
Fields looks like a damn rb back there
Some of these hits are dirty af.
Damn man Fields and Wilson had to run as soon as the ball was snapped. It would suck for any qb to be called a bust with no o line
Kinda like the red Texans helmet. Looks cool.
My fav was the turf demolition of Rodgers 5 seconds into the season.
As a Cowboys fan there isn't anything I love more than watching Dak get lit up
Friendly reminder to those that say "your QB needs to run in today's NFL" - well this video should tell you what happens
DTR played 4 games but had an entire career of nasty hits
Just imagine I’m as fans we said no more turf fields! Your telling me you have the players interest in heart
That ref knew how to fall
More, please.
That second play with Dobbs was like the definition of targeting lol 0:27
If buddy lowers his helmet to protect himself he don’t get lit up like this.
Meh, don’t pitch it to your QB if you’re worried about it
NFL needs to do smth about roughing the passer rule.
There`s too many decissions that nobody can understand. You hit the QB a split second after the ball is gone, and get the flag.
2:40
Ref " Number 9 has been Disqualified! "
Me: Ummm... By 9 you mean 90?? xD
As a dolphins fan, I am beyond thankful and blessed that that was about the worst shot Tua took all season.
As a Browns fan, I just clicked hoping to see Deshaun get leveled
lmao Fields, Herbert, and number 17 for the Browns were getting their a**es whipped.
That ref at the 1st min mark yelled that roughness call cz he knew that Houston knew it was a bs hit 😅
Quarterbacks sliding to “protect themselves” is going to be the reason for their CTE. They’re putting themselves in an extremely vulnerable situation because they slide either too late or in traffic
out of the 7 plays for Fields in a row, maybe 2 were flag worthy, the other 5 he was the RB
I don't know about the lions "biting kneecaps" but they sure did like going well below the knees. Daf
In the words of the great, Mr./Mrs. Harrison from South Park:
_Refs are bad, mmmmmmkay_
Damn. The Browns qbs have almost as many hits in here as Justin Fields.
Appreciate the entire segment of Browns QBs getting injured. Lets go Jeff Driskel!
This got me thinking:
I don’t think we’ve had a snow game all season.
I have a feeling pocket passers might make a comeback, too many mobile QBs getting torn apart out there
FIelds must hate his OL 😅😅😅
Fields in shambles lmao
Browns QBs gettin lit up in this damn video 😂😭
dak be taking hits fr
Show more of Massage Watson getting wrecked! I love it.
They throwing Bryce hall around like he in middle school 😭😭😭😭
DTR hardly played this year but man NFL defenses just chewed him up and spit him out. He was getting obliterated
0:35 is that a damn beachball?
Bruh Justin Herbert. 💀
Peep the beach ball in the bills clip
The "unnecessary roughness" call is pretty stupid in some of these. It's called football lol.
80's Hits was Harder.. Steve Atwater, Dennis Smith, Ronnie Lott, Lawrence Taylor...
1:30 Dude literally gets tripped and get a penalty for it.
The saints always try to get late dirty hits on baker mayfield
Might as well make passers untouchable at this point
It's hilarious how people can watch 10+ minutes of QBs getting wrecked and think that they're somehow untouchable.
@@flyingdics1Yea it’s almost like they love seeing life altering injuries lol
@@jaquaveonandress649 At this point, it's just a meme that braindead people say any time football is brought up. Then they say that the game is unwatchable these days and then spend 8 hours watching it every Sunday.
I'm a Packers fan, so naturally I have a dislike for The Bears, but I feel bad for Fields that he is their only rusher, you guys really need to draft some backs next year.
JIMMY G'S LOOKED JUST LIKE CARSON PALMERS KNEE INJURY
The hit on Lamar when he was in bounds going for the 1st down was clean, but when Mahomes did the same thing against the Packers it’s a flag. Make it make sense.
Right? And how about the actual late it on Howell at 8:25 that looked like it wasnt flagged lol.
if you wonder why the chargers need o-line help, this is the highlight reel for you
That call on Houston against Wilson (3rd flip) was such nonsense. They throw the flag so fast it’s unreal
Fencing response has entered the chat.
13:05 #76 “FOR THE GREATER GOOOD”
Funny how only the elite QBs get roughing the passer penalties
All these roughing the passer but not a single intentional grounding
Surprised this isn’t just a Sam Howell sack highlight video
And everyone wonders why the browns have been through 9 Quarterbacks this season?!?!? I’m happy that they are all alive! 😅
I'm 4:00 minutes in and I'm already disgusted at how many of these QB hits were penalized
The worst part is the incosisntency. Throw flags on defense for Dak and Herbert sliding into helmet to helmet contact themselves.
Meanwhile guys like Fields, Minshew, Stroud, etc been getting killed all year and all of the sudden refs want to let em play. Wonder if it would be the same if they were making 30 mil a year?
13.10, Sam Howell goes stiff as a board when he gets smashed 😂😂😂
Why am I not surprised that most of these are with teams that don't have an OL
Thanks for all your hard work this season my guy
how did DTR survive that Ravens game lol
I hate how the defender goes low like they should and offensive player goes down and basically does it to themselves but yeah, blame it on the defender
We can’t have Caleb get hit like that.
