Well.. that’s disciplined eating man . Could just order as much cals in sauce , cheese , ranch & croutons than what the meal had . He’s eating for the nutritional value more often than not , a treat every now and than won’t kill you but being undisciplined and giving in sure will

The only reason I go out to eat is to have delicious and generally unhealthy food that I can't cook well myself.
I'm not going to a restaurant to have plain chicken breast, plain rice, and steamed broccoli. I could make that at home for a fraction of the cost, and take less time than driving to the restaurant

When I do , it will be the leanest steak they have at Texas road house , baked potato with no cheese just butter , and say a salad without ranch . It’s a sad thing but there is good in the bad days , one day I won’t be so worried about the cals and be bulking so enjoying high fats again and as much carbs as I’d want

I don't think the waitress would mind, that was a very quick and concise order. The kitchen staff prolly gonna be a bit miffed but none of that is crazy difficult. I mean he made every part as simple and plain as possible.
@@lowkey.fuckedup All of those special requests will have to go into the P.O.S so they can be sent to the kitchen and many of them may not have a quick key to do so and will require a lot more work. So yea the server will not like it.

I have a place by me,Evas they serve exactly what he ordered all clean foods no salt and a major helping of everything. Quite a few body builders and healthy people eat there. Brown rice beans lentils turkey burgers sirloin burgers lean whole wheat pasta. .They now have blended with a Mexican restaurant and have the health food , Mexican and hybrid Mexican health food

He’s likely traveling and with a group, so it’s not that convenient to go grocery shopping, and then find a way to cook at the hotel and then go out with whoever he’s with.

I love Jay Cutler but I have a question. Why no salt on the grilled chicken? I can understand if you are trying to get down to 147lbs for a boxing match but he’s huge. His meal is basically around 700 calories with very little fat.
This how you piss the chef off or make them very happy depending on where you are ordering.
