    Another field trip from my childhood! We would do a lesson in the school house followed by lots of little lessons about skills from that time. The gold panning was always a favorite

    Charles Weber‘s Home is actually close to Homburg. :) has Not to do anything with Hamburg in northern germany, but is close to ramstein AB Close to my Home Region.

    Pneumonia is an inflammation of the lungs 🫁 so yes pretty common and without antibiotics quite often lethal for older patients (antibiotics were discovered in 1877 and captain Weber died 1881 but it seems he didn’t want treatment…)
