At 0:33 when you say to let the fabric unstretch and cut that measurement, what measurement are you talking about? I don't understand why I would cut more off the top. Is it for the ruching?
The goal of this is to make sure that your fabric is going to stretch enough to be able to put on and off. You want it to be tight (because it’s a tube top) but not too tight that it won’t be able to fit over your shoulders. You can also test this by pinning it on yourself and then making sure you can still pull it over your head with it all pinned ! Hope that helps 💕
