Glitch ( The Last Faith)

Does anyone know how to fix this other than starting over?

It's a known bug related to the katana, just go out of the room and change the weapon and come back and it will work

at least you have that problem, the bomb where I can pick up is on the wrong place and I can't get to that giant ice skull in time

I'm also stuck at the same situation here. They placed the bomb in the wrong area, and I don't know how to beat this. Can someone help me with this problem.

fix what? How the hell did u throw the bomb???? I've pressed every button.....I usually have to blow my self up next to the location

The button serves to both pick up and throw the bomb. However, the bomb failed to destroy the ice wall blocking the chest.
