I remember talking to the guy that formed this band, Nicky, back when he was just thinking about doing it. It was on a metal forum called "sword metal" 😅 Mostly a power, symphonic, traditional, and folk metal forum that had a cool community. Met a lot of awesome people on it back in the day. I'm really glad these guys are doing pretty well!
The combination of those vocals and they Jazzy beat of this song made for a unique mix. This isn't something I would go out of my way to listen to but it's catchy.
John Goblikon (the Goblin ....duh) is my favorite late night host ever. Totally underrated band, maybe easily overlooked because of the jokey nature of their songs but these guys rip! Unfortunately the singer, Nicky, left the band in 2023(?). Now though, this has apparently cleared the way for the Goblin himself to take center stage ... or rather share that spot with Dickie Allen of Infant Annihilator ... currently I have yet to hear any more information, but super excited for the future of Goblin Metal! Stay Nasty!💚💚
This definitely gives me Tim Burton-esque vibes 😂😂 and I really loved it! The "groovedown" caught me off guard, 100%! That was INSANE 🔥🔥🔥and sooo fun!!!
Yes, great riffs during the breakdown! I've always enjoyed their videos! Maybe I'm over-analyzing, but to me they're all about making a statement about being different from the mainstream and carving out your own niche where your differences allow you to excel and thrive.
Goblincore! You should check out the visual album "Van" by Clowncore. It isn't as aesthetically pleasing but it's an amazing piece of art and an amazing metal album
You want a fun time for more than just the breakdown check out their track The Many Faces of Dr. Hubert Malbec. They have an official music video for it as well! :)
This was not what I expected from a band with that name, definitely was in for some brutal death or something similar. I'm not digging the vocals much (although very apt for the whole goblin theme), musically I got a Bodom/Norther vibe. Plus something else I can't quite put my finger on? I'll probably remember when I don't need it :D Very fun video!
These lyrics hit harder knowing that the singer who wrote the song left after this album
What did I just watch? That was so much fun, and good music on top of it. Holy smokes!
YOU LIKED THIS!!!! HELL YEA!
You'd like "Dressed as Goblins" if you enjoyed this one 🤘
THAT SOUNDS AMAZING.
Dressed As Goblins is so good

OMG if Dickie Allen sings, that would be amazing!
Saw them Tuesday night with Dethklok and Dragonforce. They freaking slayed great sound, performance and so much fun.

@@TheWolffAndTheMelodyThey're an amazing band with some of the most honest and poignant lyrics I've heard.
