Coach Daniel you’re phenomenal. You must do a video on perimenopause menopause insomnia and weather taking HRT will help “cure” that insomnia. It’s a hot topic going on around You Tube, you will get a lot of views! Love the work you do, such a genuine human being, God bless you!
Believe it or not I’ve been like this for 15 years and gave up a while ago with the anxiety disorder. I have set it and forget it. I shall read it!
Thanks, this was brill.x
Had a speed bump or two after this but still focusing on living for the day and letting go. Thanks so much for having me Daniel and good look everyone on the journey!
This is the way 😊 Thanks so much Trevor and be in touch!!
Hi Daniel, been suffering from insomnia for a year and half more less. I go to bed and after 3/4h i wake up and it is really hard for me to get back on sleep. It is getting really hard.. Do you recommend any video with someone Who had the same exact insomnia type? Thank you!
What if I’m afraid of not sleeping because of how it may impact my performance at work the next day? Or my physical health in the long term?
Daniel can i ask you something? What is the "Big one"? This is my first time experiencing insomnia due to a health scare and i'm only 4 weeks in. So far i've only experienced 2 sleepless nights as well as a few bad nights.
For me the big one was when I would sleep no hours one day and maybe 2 hours the next. This went on for a about a week, then discovered coach Daniel. It's almost been a year, few speed bumps but biggest change for me when I was willing to experience the feeling of anxiety instead of fighting...it took me months to get to this stage, I wish I was more kind and patience with myself, but it's all an experience
Good Luck with your journey ❤
What is the bedtime app ?
Guys ANS Autonomic nervous system. When we peak and go over in to catabolic mode and stay in sympathetic mode this happens this can happen even with good news happy excitement. Don’t worry, can be sorted easy with poly vagus work which is what Daniel is helping people bring back in to balance. Great stuff I hear it over and over in all his videos
First time I hear someone feeling ok on three hours of sleep.....although, deep down, I hope it was more of a sleep state misperception situation and he was getting, at least, core sleep.
I feel so close to finishing line but when sleep difficulty shows up, I can’t let go of my anxiety and sleep obsession. This is the problem I am facing. How can I break this?
Same
This is me! The lil speed bumps have been setting me back. Letting go is my goal!
@@lizethlanderos4690 same as me I been doing well for ages then get one or 2 bad nights then the fear and worries come back again
To hear Trevor’s commentary on how he fully ‘let go’ was wonderful. It seems like he really understood what perpetuates insomnia and called it out. Very brave, well done! So happy for you. 😊 And of course thanks always to Daniel and your team.
Hi Daniel, I have a similar story to this guy. This is actually my fifth night struggling with this horrible loop so I’m still in the early stages. I would like to join the program and I heard you provide 1 on 1 sessions ? I think I might benefit from that but I don’t want it to be a form of reassurance as I have pure OCD which I guess is at the root of this horrible thing going on with me. My OCD is mostly health anxiety especially at the moment which makes it all harder. However I’m willing to go through the process as I don’t want to dive deeper into it. What are your thoughts ? I need your help.
Can I still achieve normal sleep working 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts? Since I started issues with my sleep, waking up very early, troubles with falling asleep and staying asleep. I have been working shifts for 16 years. Never had issue with sleep during night or day after work. I am on mirtazapine currently due to my anxiety. I sleep better in the night. I need advise and help...
