One of the things that makes this podcast so worth coming back to over and over is that these five genuinely seem to enjoy each other's company. Sure they're smart and insightful, but they also work really well together on air.
Thank you! To disagree is to engage in the process and therefore a part of the goal of the podcast. Critical thinking is more important these days than ever!
I've been listening to this podcast every day almost since it's inception and today finally came here to see everyone in person, and I'm tripping outtt!!! So weird to match the voices with the faces!!! Also want to say thank you for all the wonderful, insightful, and varied commentary! And thank you for keeping me company on long drives to work, late nights cooking shabbat meals and the mindless hours of laundry/cleaning and the like, it makes it all so much easier! ❤️❤️
LOL! I only watch network/mainstream news shows when my favorite podcasters excerpt them!!! I wouldn't be caught dead watching "The View" or MSNBC, CNN, PBS NewsHour or ABC/NBC/CBS or "Meet the Press," etc., but I am fine hearing about the garbage they purvey from intelligent observers.
What was the movie John recommended last week? He liked it, but he said it wasn’t for everyone. Violence, sex, etc. but he recommended it and said it was probably gonna be nominated come awards season. Anyone remember?
yeah, but what Stephanopoulos said was not libelous. It was incorrect. Like the panel said re: the view. Sonny Hostin is told she has to make a statement on the next show that what was said prior was a mistake or wrong. The question remains: why did ABC settle when they did not have to? Would discovery go forward if ABC has GS say on his show that what he said was factually incorrect? No it would not.
I'm still gonna listen on Apple, but if subscribing here helps you out I'm happy to do it. Also, I knew what you all looked like. I've seen you all on TV at some point.
Please do not put out pre recorded shows answering ridiculous questions. We listen to the podcast for intelligent commentary on current events, not interested that you lived in a haunted apartment. Just put the show on hiatus during holiday time.
First, thank you for the lovely compliment! We do understand the sentiment. However more listeners disagree than agree. You can always choose not to listen or watch.
@ Correct. I won’t be listening to the pre recorded podcasts. Although I do very much appreciate your daily podcast and the magazine with which I am a subscriber. Thank you and enjoy the time off.

Totally.
They do! In fact, everyone on staff feels that way about everyone else. We're a strong team even when we disagree.
This is my favorite podcast on UA-cam. I don’t always agree with the takes, but the takes are genuine and that’s real journalism.

George Snafalapogos is a little jerk. I hope he has to apologize on air.
J-Pod is in the house!
Others have reported that MSN BC loses to Hallmark Channel

John. You camera is at a really bad angle. Lighting makes you look sick.
