Scott, thanks for the great review. You're the first person I've seen to show how an impact wrench can also be used to pre-tighten lug nuts and use a torque wrench the rest of the way. This saves a lot of time from having to use a socket wrench when it really isn't needed if you're careful enough and go slowly.
I have the same model just a different color and a different no name brand slapped on it. Because it’s a Makita knock off you can use Makita batteries with it. I have an 18 volt Makita drill and driver set. The batteries that came with it,which are 2 amp hr,fit the knock off impact wrench perfectly. Actually even better in my opinion. Nice video.
Iv bought one of these I'm in the construction and engineering industries and handled and used hiltis, milwaukies, makita, dewalt, bosch and jcb cordless power tools and this kit is no different it is as good as them all....recommended to buy from an expert
The technical specifications of the battery charger do not show the input power source if it is 110 volts or 220 volts or international (110v-220v) .. normally I order from Amazon such a tool to deliver it overseas (JORDAN) were we use 220v.
Bag is probably to put the sockets in. You might've said that and I didn't hear it. Cool video. Been looking at these since I got hammered for $1057 for shocks and struts. On the upside, I didn't have to do the job.
Please consider and update video and maybe a teardown so we can see what this tool is made of and how it wears with occasional use. Purchased the SeeSii WH710 and thinking about taking it apart to apply quality grease before using it. Cheers
I have the brushless See See 1/2 inch impact. I like it better than my Milwaukee or De Walt that I have. Better in the hand and has ample power. I would pay the same price for it as the Milwaukee ( owned by TTI and made by TTI ) Google it. De Junk is owned by Stanley Black and Decker , who's tools are made in China Vietnam, Brazil , and Mexico. So please realize 2 things .... 1 very few things are American Made. 2 folks please quit asking the stupid question of how long will they last ? Probably as long as the stuff made in China seeings how their made in China etc with an American name on it.
Scott, since you have nothing to work on. I would be more than happy to drop off my 96SE at your place so you can demonstrate first hand how to install new tires, replace brakes, flush fluids, change timing belts, change final drive fluid, etc... Not to worry, all parts will be supplied and there will be absolutely no charge for using the bike in your videos. Faithful viewer just trying to help 😂 See you on the forum.
I have this with a 1/2 inch drive and and it's way too tight trying to get sockets on and off of it. I thought maybe it was just mine but looks like yours is the same.
@@dmrakers17601 so, you're saying you can't put a square peg in a round hole? (ha) I guess you'd rather it start out snug. After using it for a while it probably slowly loosens up.
Not so far. I've used it quite a few times, mostly zipping wheels on and off, and it still performs beautifully. It's been dropped on the concrete floor a few times, and used as a hammer to pound a stick wheel off of a brake rotor, and still it works, so...I can't complain. :)
If you had to order a new locking nut key, seems an expense and one that I avoided because after my key broke inside I took it down to a local tyre fitter and he took them all off with a special tool that he smashed on to the offending nuts and charged me £40($51)for 4 wheels👍. Then I asked him what can I do about future problems problems and told me just use normal lug nuts as you will bound to have that one shop that won't use torque settings and impact them up to 600 that even the Beast would struggle 😮
...using chrome sockets with an impact wrench is a bad idea; you might get away with it a few times before the socket shatters into pieces risking injury to yourself or others near by...trust me,i know,it happened to me many many years ago!
just one thing bothers me , when i put it in reverse to take off a nut that's stuck it automatically stops and wont respond anymore unlesss i take it off and put the battery back in place , any fix ???
I have this and also the stronger version. They are both wobble which make it only usable for removing nuts but not drill attachment or so. This branch tool is really heavy for my taste
did you get this with a promotional discount or purchase it "used like new"? The reason i'm asking is because your kit is OBVIOUSLY not factory direct. It is missing the top layer of protective foam, the charger is also supposed to be contained in a bubble wrap bag, and the sockets come inside the fabric bag also. It seems to me like you got a used item. The case should be somewhat difficult to close when all of the protective foam is in the kit. I also don't see the orange/white "inspected" sticker on the case.
Scott, good looking impact wrench, I would like to have one to keep in one of the saddle bags on my 1500 but that one would probably take up too much room if I included the case. By the way Scott, I found the tablet (Kindle) like yours to put my goldwing manual into like you said that you did but I cannot figure out how to get the manual into my laptop so I can copy it into the Kindle. Could you give me some help? Thanks.
You're wrong. Unbalanced lug not torque is the most common cause of rotor warm. Braking heavily and holding the brakes tight after you come to a stop can cause some of the pad material to transfer and "weld" to the rotor, which will make vibration that is commonly (but incorrectly) thought of as caused by warped rotors. But the most common cause of actual warped rotors in road cars is lug nut torque. Race cars DO warp rotors from heat, but that is not typical in road-going cars, as the brakes typically never get that hot.
As a 26 year Honda, GM, Mercedes, and BMW master tech I assure you spiking the brakes or exxessively hard braking causes "warped" rotors. The heat makes them out of round. If you dont believe me, google it.
Why would anyone have wheel locks on a stock ford rim. Waste of money no one with a criminal mind would steal them. Lose the key and see how much it cost to remove them
I used this Seesii Impact gun to replace and complete my clutch project all in one battery pack. It's has great value to performance package.

Paid for and brought to you by the Amazon Family inc….
Awesome review, got a bad back and can’t really break lug nuts to easily anymore, my wife just ordered me one for Christmas.
Thank you Scott. I'm buying tools for my little shop and I'm trying to buy decent tools on the budget and this video help alot.
Hello Scott, thanks for the video. Perfect tool for the lose nut behind the wheel. Have a great day!
Great review. Thanx

Great video thanks. Also, apparently you can use Makita Batteries on it, just not on the charger.
Looks pretty slick!

You should demo one of those mini-split A/C installations for your garage next! 😁
Good idea!
@@GoldwingDocs Dont use impact wrench on those ford wheel nuts they have crap covers on them they get mashed up.

I'm in the middle of doing the belts on my 1990, they're very simple..if not just a right pain in the back side to access haha
🤣🤣 nice one... I'm in the UK, a bit expensive to ship my '81 GL1100 & '97 Valkyrie to Scott for a full service! 🙃
nice video

Should use impact on security key

If you line up the hole on the socket to the front of the tool it goes on with ease. I found this out by accident. They should tell you this

Got to love Ford swollen lung nuts.
1/4” drive? Looks like 1/2” drive to me.
I have the same wrench. Do u notice any delay in the trigger? When pulling the trigger repeatedly. Thanks.

100%, I've not had one shatter, but I've definitely had one crack. Not ideal, but when you don't have the correct impact socket size on hand...

Um, no. Been working on cars for over 30 years. And that jack is almost 10 years old.

It actually came directly from Amazon, so I would be surprised if it was not actually new.
What are the specs of the impact wrench?
Does it use same battery as the Handife Impact wrench?
What is the torque rating?
the 19 is the only one that will fit .the rest need a Dremel.
Im sure thats a half inch drive i dont think they make a three quarter that would be a monster.
Do it work for pickup trucks?
Of course, why wouldn't it?
and you first break the 300000 foot pound the last teenager tightened

Not a mechanical tool with having to put the pin and oring,no mechanic uses one socket all the time
The pin and o-ring are not required.
