    Namaskaram Swami... My question is regarding if you eat immediately withing 1 hour of waking up, then how will we be able to do intermittent fasting? Sadguru says have the first meal around 10 a.m. and last meal at 7 p.m. i.e have a 16-hour gap between the last meal of yesterday and 1st meal of today which will create autophagy in other words called as intermittent fasting. Ramdev baba says, divide the entire day meal into 4 slots... 8 am- 12 pm- 4 pm- 8 pm...
    Forgive me Swamiji... You, Sadguru and Ramdev baba, all of you are the most popular yoga gurus in our country... Yet your views regarding weight loss and diet vary significantly. Whom should we follow? which one of you is correct?

    This is one of the best videos on overall health, not only on weight loss. I humbly request you to you change the title of the video as it is helpful for everyone. Most people in India are not suffering from obesity, but from malnourishment and they may not watch this video by looking at the title. They will most probably miss out this valuable information on their day to day health.

    गुरु जी मेरी लंबाई 5 फीट 5 इंच है और मेरा वजन 65 किलो है वजन इतना ज्यादा नहीं है लेकिन पेट अलग से निकला हुआ दिखता है जिसको कम करने के लिए अब मैं रोज सुबह उठकर 6:00 बजे उठता हूं उठते ही एक गिलास पानी पीता हूं उसके बाद लैट्रिन जाता हूं लैट्रिन से आने के बाद एक गिलास अनानास का जूस पीता हूं उसके बाद नहाता धोता हूं पूजा पाठ करता हूं और 9:00 बजे के आसपास दलिया लेता हूं यह कटोरी दोपहर में सामान्य हल्का-फुल्का खाना खाता हूं और शाम को जाकर खाना कम ही खाता हूं एक रोटी खाई तो मुमकिन है इस तरह क्या मेरा वजन कम हो पाएगा

    baad me moong sprouts baad me soak Kiya huwa dry fruits baad me ragi malt peeti hu.moong sprouts,dry fruits khane baad ragi malt peene ke liye bhi time gap rakana hai Kya?Pls guru ji,clear my doubt.

    Guru ji prnaam.. Guru ji ek baat pooshni thi main subha 4.30 am uthata hoon.. Aloe Vera jell Leta hon.. 15 minute baad walk pe jata hoon 5.30am pe fresh hota hoon aur 6.00 am breakfast Leta hoon.. Aur office Jake paani peeta hoon.. Lunch mein keval mausami ka juice aur ek Bhana.. Raat Ko ghar aake phir walk Leta hon 45min aur dhoodh ka glass bina malai peekr so jata hoon ...kya Mera routine Sahi hai ..plzz Marg Darshan kijie

    Sir maine thoda diet control kiya hai or din mein 8 glass garam pani peeti hoo..or 45mint walk krti hoo ... mujhe kbhi kbhi bhut farak lgta hai fat ka..or kbhi kbhi khud ko fatti feel krti hoo ..aaise kyu hota hai
