Sadguru says have the first meal around 10 a.m. and last meal at 7 p.m. i.e have a 16-hour gap between the last meal of yesterday and 1st meal of today which will create autophagy in other words called as intermittent fasting. Ramdev baba says, divide the entire day meal into 4 slots... 8 am- 12 pm- 4 pm- 8 pm... Forgive me Swamiji... You, Sadguru and Ramdev baba, all of you are the most popular yoga gurus in our country... Yet your views regarding weight loss and diet vary significantly. Whom should we follow? which one of you is correct?
