Wow simply just wow bro you are doing a wonderful work for all of us by making this video and telling about 12 food which actually boost testosterone and keep it up and keep up the good work as always and take care Keep smiling always
I always like your videos, although not sure how you can locate all of those short film clips that are always great! Now, for my relevant question: you say raw onions have many benefits. Does that mean sauted or baked/brolled onions have no value?
Raw onions is for maximum sulfur content, as cooking onions significantly decreases the quantity of the compound. (sulfur compounds may protect against cancer, help lower blood sugar, and reduce the production of unhealthy cholesterol in the body. These sulfur compounds may also block platelet-clot formation and promote the breakdown of blood clots, which helps to lower the risk for heart disease and stroke.)
One great food is unfiltrated alcohol-free beer since the yeast contains lots of B12 (interesting for vegans) and polyphenols as well as B6. B12 is anti-inflmmatory because it supports the fuction of the immune system. In combination with B6 it boosts your metabolism and gives better energy for training. It's also mostly isotonic and as such well hydrating. But above all it helps some men like me to have an easier time staying away from real beer.
I enjoyed the video and find the content good, true, and relevant. My question is: what do you consider processed food other than frozen foods in the markets.
Literally everything in the grocery store is "processed" aside from fruits and vegetables. The meat you buy, anything canned or boxed. If it's not a raw ingredient, it's processed. It's not in its natural form.
my friend recommended me a book called testo 100, which changed my life in a few months. now I am full of energy and there are no obstacles for me btw nice video
Looks like a good list of healthy food ingredients. When people promote fruit as healthy replacement of added sugars, they should remind the listeners that crazy amount of fruit in diet still is a sugar overload. Also, if you eat fruit as part of your breakfast, and as part of your lunch and as part of your dinner, and as snacks... your liver will spend 24/7 working on the constant input of fructose... which is definitely not good for your health... I rarely see diet experts pointing out that even more healthy way to have fruit in your diet - and to get all those vitamins and nutrients without too much negative effects of sugar - is to not have fruit/fructose input throughout the whole day... limit the time you of loading your system with fructose, maybe even skip fruit (fructose) on some days every week (at least if you already have a some insulin resistance from your earlier bad diet).
This video highlights 12 natural foods that can boost testosterone levels: Oysters, garlic, pomegranates, ginger, fatty fish, leafy greens, onions, beets, eggs, berries, and cocoa products. These foods improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, balance hormones, and provide key nutrients like zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D. The video also emphasizes avoiding processed foods, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep to support testosterone production. Perfect guide for anyone looking to improve hormonal health naturally!
I’d say that they’re both important, but I would agree that what you avoid is probably just as important as what you eat. It’s definitely crucial to cut out the crap in order to get the benefits of the good stuff.
There are some foods that mildly boost testosterone. And we can stop eating the noxious foods that depress it. But to raise it significantly, I've found the most effective approach (for myself) is to take supplements such as DHEA, ashwagandha, tongkat ali, horny goat weed (icariin) and cistanche. Taking those supplements, plus eating more meat, plus doing HIIT, plus doing resistance training, more than doubled my testosterone, from the low 400s to the high 900s.
Walnut is rich in Omega 3. Try that if you don't like seafood. Fatty fish like Tuna, Sardines and Mackerel also contains Vitamin D which boosts testosterone production.
Ginger: Shred some fresh ginger and squeeze a half of a lemon into a mug. Add boiling water, and you have microplastic free tea. It's excellent for bloating, as well. Thank you for the well done video. ❤

I agree with most of the info but I love bread and eat it everyday, I work outside everyday hard labor and work out 3 day a week.
