      Cold showers in the AM will also improve T significantly. Really, any form of good stress can raise it. Two eggs per day are also needed. Some snakes will not breed in captivity without being fed day-old chicks with yolk sacs still partially intact. That yolk is what they are after.

But doing this water fast literally changes your life . Not saying what you are doing isn’t good or working for you joust wanted to share the good news about a water fast. Literally ppl think you will lose muscle cause your body will eat protein. But it’s the exact opposite you GAIN GROWTH HORMONES AND BUILD MUSCLE WHILE LOSING PURE FAT ON A WATER FAST. Lost 20 pounds in 7 days but the health benefits are what I’m after . Cells rejuvenate and disregard the bad cells . I had bad back and shoulder pain since the military and it’s gone . • @olfachebbisportssports
      @olfachebbisportssports Рік тому +2

      Raw onions is for maximum sulfur content, as cooking onions significantly decreases the quantity of the compound. (sulfur compounds may protect against cancer, help lower blood sugar, and reduce the production of unhealthy cholesterol in the body. These sulfur compounds may also block platelet-clot formation and promote the breakdown of blood clots, which helps to lower the risk for heart disease and stroke.)

    One great food is unfiltrated alcohol-free beer since the yeast contains lots of B12 (interesting for vegans) and polyphenols as well as B6. B12 is anti-inflmmatory because it supports the fuction of the immune system. In combination with B6 it boosts your metabolism and gives better energy for training.
    It's also mostly isotonic and as such well hydrating.
    But above all it helps some men like me to have an easier time staying away from real beer.

    Looks like a good list of healthy food ingredients. When people promote fruit as healthy replacement of added sugars, they should remind the listeners that crazy amount of fruit in diet still is a sugar overload. Also, if you eat fruit as part of your breakfast, and as part of your lunch and as part of your dinner, and as snacks... your liver will spend 24/7 working on the constant input of fructose... which is definitely not good for your health... I rarely see diet experts pointing out that even more healthy way to have fruit in your diet - and to get all those vitamins and nutrients without too much negative effects of sugar - is to not have fruit/fructose input throughout the whole day... limit the time you of loading your system with fructose, maybe even skip fruit (fructose) on some days every week (at least if you already have a some insulin resistance from your earlier bad diet).

    There are some foods that mildly boost testosterone. And we can stop eating the noxious foods that depress it. But to raise it significantly, I've found the most effective approach (for myself) is to take supplements such as DHEA, ashwagandha, tongkat ali, horny goat weed (icariin) and cistanche. Taking those supplements, plus eating more meat, plus doing HIIT, plus doing resistance training, more than doubled my testosterone, from the low 400s to the high 900s.

    I ve watched these kinda videos my whole life, we all know these foods the only thing people dont know is how much we should it daily what is the daily need! that would be better video, cos i dont have time to research daily need and sit calculate how much in it in garlic and calculate the amount...

      You have to take them daily( often cooked). For example i make my stew sauce using garlic, ginger, tomatoes, onions , red oil, pepper , chicken e.t.c. and add spinach to my rice. I eat these for 5 days stretch. The next five days i make soup with significant amount of spinach e.t.c .
      If you don't know how to make these just ask an African, they can teach you. We Africans make good food, and record very little obesity per population

    I agree with most of the info but I love bread and eat it everyday, I work outside everyday hard labor and work out 3 day a week. At 40 years old my testosterone levels seem to be better than a 20 year old. Never tired always alert, sex 3-4 times per week. I do also eat most foods on the list but I just hate when people give bread a bad name is not what we eat but how we handle what we eat. I can down a whole pizza and big ice cream for desert but you can be sure that I am going to use most of those calories to do something physical.

    no mention of red meat?

      No. Too many chemicals, too much fat, too many hormones, and it's readily available as fast food and is processed.
      Lean, organic red meat, maybe.
