All good you madeinnumerable things,always department talks about the output of particular scheme always welcome,however there should be sustainable plan for every scheme where process outcome is the key to measure,but I don't think we achieve in these parameters like PWS,VHNSC,JAN arogya Comittee etc,leave the process outcome,atleast how far the staff concerned even in supervisory level at Block aware of process outcome which is crucial for sustained our efforts. May Government think of involving experts from NGOs/Individuals to strengthen these institutions.
