I just did the first tutorial and it doesn’t look good on me, but I wanted to try sleeping in a bun so that my hair wouldn’t mess up. This turned out way better than expected. I have long and thick hair and it is a great way to tie all my hair together. Thanks!

Yup I couldn’t get any of them. The bun shape came out weird or part of my head was showing scalp. Now I remember why I never put my hair up.

I'm also in the fine hair club 💁I love doing a bun and usually do it the first way but with an invisibobble (since one is pretty much always around my wrist haha). God I love those things.

Eileen Aldis have you ever used the sock method? It’s when you get an ankle sock and cut the toes off and roll it into a donut. After you’ve tied your hair in a ponytail you pull it through the donut. Flatten your hair down and over all sides of the donut and Bobby pin them in place. Makes for great volume.

Ever since i cut my hair (it's now shorter, by my shoulders) it's become more difficult to do it because i can never get it to come high on my head. Thank you so much, i will definitely try this! Silence speaks. All energy is silent it's the human body that changes it into sound. Starts with energy coming into your ear. Every single word created has its own unique vibration or thumbprint. Like a snowflake. That's how we originally identified the difference between words, I reckon. Then our brain interprets that energy based on DNA imprint of what ever language you know into words and comprehension. Memory is bigger than what we realize, we just don't remember how to use it properly that's all. Do people who are deaf and blind recognize the word hello in different languages as the same vibration or word ?
When you ignore your sadness and your problems the feeling keeps speaking and nagging til you do something about it, even if its from early childhood. The more it's ignored the more it becomes a part of your identity, your oneness, your every day behaviours. You identify with it as yourself. Until the issue is resolved you'll keep experiencing it and the little voices that go with it. If you listen closely you'll hear them. Don't be fooled by their helplessness and neediness. They may be unresolved issues from very early age but they're not people, they're memories of experiences that are unresolved and play themselves over and over again and hold messages that take you away from your highest path. The messages that create the most joy, love and happiness. When the emotion and the message is fully understood then I can let it go. I know it's related to my father and his smoking. It's in my breath I can feel him when I breath. Suffering. Suffering is in every breath of anything that's smoked. Whilst it give short term relief for many the consequent of long term use issues sacrifice of health and more suffering. That is why people like Louise Hay spent their life researching on how beliefs and health are related and how we go about changing them. We, Loiuse and I, understand that the issues can be deep for many including myself, Opal Vegemite, but the effort is worth the reward when you understand what it's really about and how it works. To get in touch with your emotions is a rewarding experience and frees problems that you never knew you had, Louise Hay and Tara Jones

Let's take the last concept further, experiences create beliefs that create behaviours and emotions that replay themselves til resolved.
