I promise I've been drawing all four years since this was made in 2008. ;P This was my best effort at the time; I couldn't have drawn anything superior. I agree, the drawings are poor. But I wasn't going to wait until I was an "amazing artist" to make something. (If I made nothing, I would never improve.) I did spend weeks and weeks on it, using what resources I had available, (i.e. a poor microphone + my voice.) ;)
DUDE I rediscovered this inside my recommendation page and honestly??? This feels so nonstalgic to me aha- I remember watching this like 5 years ago, I was a little ASS kid back then. This is actually one of the animations that inspired me and motivated me to be an artist back in the days. Good time ;^)

Thank you! Paint isn't a good tool for animation, but it's not impossible! Yes, I have a few tips: have patience. It takes a long time and requires a lot of dedication. Also, have fun, and choose a theme you'll be able to stick with. It wouldn't hurt to try a short animation to see how you like it. If it's a chore, you won't enjoy it and might lose interest. Also, with the animation itself, it's helpful to animate an outline/skeleton first, before fleshing it out and coloring it. Good luck!

This Animation is better than the Animations of today! Im being serious.. I love this. I've Born in 2009, and when the 'Mother' Dragon died, i cried. Actually, the behavior of the Dragons was Realistic: Mother is being attacked, the Hatchling runs Away. They would like to steal the Hatchling, So the Mother is protecting her child, even if it ran away ( Why? Here: The Mother is trying to make the Land for her child more safe. Sorry for my Grammar. ) I just love that you gave them Personalities! Now people, can you understand that we Kids have Talents too? I love the Music, Animation... Everything.i Cant describe it.. :o And im serious.

The ending parts were beatiful, sure he couldn't get his mother back, but could see her in the stars looking at him. He was free and happy. Sunset was also beautiful as he was flying, and flight was amazing. Thanks for this, really brightened my day.
