Fantastic! Thank you. My biggest challenge in 2021 (and this year too) was that I had so much going on that I didn't have the time or energy to thank each donor the way it should be because I was so busy with all the different issues that needed tending to get to building (we're getting closer!). All donors got a lovely email but not a personal note from me. I hope this year will be different as our staff has grown!
One tip I'd share that was suggested to me was to have our Executive Director personally call each donor that gave a significant gift.
