- Better late than never! Our 2016 King of The Hammers highlight video is finally done. An amazing experience every time we go! The race just keeps gaining momentum every year. Rock racing in the most brutal environment known to man, Johnson Valley, California. Highlights from the toughest single day race in the world! Special thanks to Lasernut Racing for letting us stay with them for the week! Great crew of people at the compound!

There is nothing out there that is more bad ass then this run by these Guy's... Are you serious... How the hell do they go through those boulders like nothing ? The best I have ever seen !

How can one get into this sort of thing in my area (pennsylvania) and about how much do these buggies cost? its like a hybrid trophy truck rock crawler right? disconnectable end links? I am immediately obsessed. This is what i want to do the rest of my life.
Casey Gray Not an expert on this, but you're gonna have to build a truck like these pretty much from scratch which is neither cheap nor easy. That's why the trucks in this are plastered with sponsorship stickers and to get a sponsorship, you already need to be established in the scene.

I can only afford the 1/10 scale R/C version of the same style as these real trucks ( (“Twin Hammers”) and which is actually really f’n badass - and then with all additional upgrades added on , it becomes a true rock-racing - tough as nails bashing machine that is a blast to drive...does anyone know How many horsepower does the actual (this truck) truck deliver ? And the ft. Pounds tourque (at the wheel) TWIN HAMMERS RULE!!!

The film was great. Putting in music was a terrible idea.
Chris Davies we had to use music because of the helicopters covering the race. All you would hear is the rotors in some shots if we didn't.
