I shattered my shoulder many moons ago and didn't do therapy like a shoulda so every time I go back to the gym the pain is excruciating but this time I'ma push past it towards the healing. Even now I wake up from the pain. But it's worth it because results are showing. So something simple those warm ups you did. Helps. Simple and effective. Thanks 🙏

same, started going push,pull, leg workout then push and pull last 2 days and its helped get a better routine
