Hello Bush mechanic, I have a problem with my 2002 opel corsa lite when coming to a stop or shifting down, as soon as I press the clutch the revs drop so low that the engine almost cuts off and sometimes it does cut off. When accelerating the check engine light comes on and goes away in 3-4 seconds or until I release the accelerator. I have installed these new parts in the last 4 months, crankshaft sensor, Idle air valve, petrol pump, and fuel pump relay.. Please assist on what could be the cause of this problem ,
Mine the same on Corsa 1600i Sport 2001.I change fuel pump,petrol regulator, MAP sensor,clean throttle body,new throttle sensor,new IAC,new head sensor,oil change new oil filter new petrol filter.????. Can it be the PCV?? oxygen sensor???.misfire then come wright blue smoke at start up😩
you forgot to put some slicone on spark plugs

Buy new headbolts and why are you putting silicone on intake and put a gasket on top?
Did you have to bleed the lifters
Why are you applying Silicone on intake "ports" there's a gasket for it isn't

It's a 2004 model
Check the idle control valve
Check your throttle control sensor.
