Thanks for skipping the gratuitous gonads shot 🤣 Grinding that semi enclosed side deck clean must have been a complete nightmare with the loose wire bouncing everywhere like bullets. That being said they turned out great nn the end, so well done there 👍
Using a steel wire brush to remove rust will cause the rust to return eventually. Also the rust converter will not do for outside applications in a marine environment. Also it is usually not good practice to weld another steel plate on top of rusted through steel (with holes), you cannot paint the underside and will cause severe rust between the plates, caused by condensation. I am sorry about your hard work but this will not last.
thank you for your advice. as you will see in the next video (tomorrow) there rustconvertor is over painted with a 2 component paint. and I agree with you on the double plating, but this will all be covered in a levelling compound of 3 cm and a teak deck finish of 19mm. so in this particular case the oxygen will be completely cut off and rusting will seize if any even reoccurs.
Dino juice :D
Amazing to see a video of you again!
More to come!
Good to see you back in harness, enjoy the beer.Regards.

I was just thinking the other day that i haven't seen a video of you lately and was wondering if you gave up on it. 😎💚💙👍👍🍺🍺🍻🍻
Not at all, but I have periods I need to gain money to pay for this expensive hobby...

at first I stopped every time a needle bullet pearced my knees. by the end I only stopped if it restricted movement :))
Hydroblasting calls for aggressive music. 😎

I think it’s going to be very nice when you’re thru. Are you going cruising or are you selling it? Either way 👍.
Cruising man, nobody could repay all the effort. it's my baby by now....
