Damn that looks good! Would probably have to substitute pork shoulder "country style ribs" here in the U.S. Southwest and also use plantains. For whatever reason pork belly isn't readily available in grocery stores, have to hit a restaurant supply store for that. Have never seen a Saba banana here, apparently you Pinoy's are wise enough to keep them to yourselves!
Tip to lessen the cholesterol and fat content on your food. Before putting the spices and flavoring, saute the meat 1st and render its fat and then remove the oil that came from the fat.
Depende po kc sa quality ng meat at size ng cut.. Pero ung ganyan po, mga 45min. Po ako magpakulo ng slow cook on low flame setting po para malambot.. 😉😊
