Hi Thanks for sharing this video only a day old?. Didn’t Conroe get flooded few weeks ago? I hope everyone in that area are okay. I would love to move to Conroe. Maybe next year or 2. Watching this video gives me an idea.
Only a few parts flooded, not this neighborhood, it sits high and dry. It’s easy to avoid flood areas here. Let us know if we can help!
This community did not flood this past storm either, and this latest storm was the worst since Hurricane Harvey.

No. They do not offer those things.

DR Horton is a terrible builder! Never buy one!
