Are you on commission or something always pushing to pay pilots more, pay them more.

I am not on commission but have been in this industry for over 30 years. On,ly recently have pilot salaries increased a bit (after Covid) but we are not where we really need to be. As mentioned in the video, being a private jet pilot is more challenging than flying for an airline and you are flying the wealthiest people in the world, so you should be paid more. Otherwise, the best pilots will just join the airlines. There are a few pilots I know who have been flying for the same owner privately for over 15-20 years and they stayed because they are paid and treated well. The private jet needs to stay private, so the less staff turnover you have, the better.
