They numbed tue side of my mouth they needed (right side for a molar), then went off and did other things for *3 hours.* Then they came back and I told them it had worn off, so they did it again, ended up banging the tip of the needle off my jawbone, hard (one of the worst things I've ever felt), and then left for another *3 and a half hours!* It had worn off again by then, but I just gave up and told them I was numb and suffered through a completely un-numbed root canal, needless to say, it sucked. But more than half the day had passed by then and I was absolutely done with that place.
Last story : Tell your girlfriend that compromise have to be made. Either each go on each wedding or if you go together then you go 50/50 like venue of one dinner of the other OR you both go to neither of the wedding so if you lose a friendship then it would not be at the expense of the other

I know how they since I had one dentist who's bedside manners towards little kids was bitter. After that I had nervous shakes so bad that sometimes the chair and everything attatched to it would rattle. In my late teens I tried really hard to quash my dental anxiety and now I'm rattle free.

My husband and his friends once stayed for 8 hours at a Denny’s. They were in a corner playing D&D. It started off as breakfast for all and they got too into the game. The manager told them they could stay as long as they didn’t bother anyone and ordered something every hour. NP. They each took turns ordering sides and appetizers. Later lunch. More sides and appetizers later. Dinner and time to wrap it up.

Only reason I'm at a restaurant that long is to steal wifi if mine goes down so I can do my work. I leave a generous tip and ALWAYS clean up after myself better than an ocd sufferer. And usually tip between 50-100% because I know that they deserve a good tip for dealing with me sitting there taking up their time and energy that long. Its doable to be in a restaurant that long and not be rude about it. But it takes planning, consideration and manners. She clearly had none of those.

We had two weddings we wanted to go to on the same day so we just went separately I had fun drinking and catching up with people I hadn't seen in a while and he got drunk with the boys. so funy enough Las week we had a gamer group meetup/dinner and while we were at the resturant for almost 5 hrs it was a crazy expensive resturant with long dinner times. it took 3 hrs to get to the desert section. but i will say this. it was 9 of us and the tip was over $200 on a $1000 bill.

I have a short story of my own: Am ithe jerk for hitting my friends neighbors brother? So me and my friend meet daily outside her house and we talk and do stuff etc. She has a neighbor who is her bestie and her brother is 4 yes old. Whenever Me and my friend hang out together he4 neighbor(let's call her T) and her brother also come to hang out .BTW Ts brother is a spoiled brat. 2 years ago my husband and I had a similar experience. We had two weddings we wanted to go to on the same day so we just went separately I had fun drinking and catching up with people I hadn't seen in a while and he got drunk with the boys. At the end of the day we both had fun. I kind of think is selfish for her to pressure the op into not going to his friend's wedding.

My friend went quietly from there. Time skip to evening. My friend and T were shouting at eacho5her like they always do(they have a toxic friendship) and and after 15 min or so they quieted down and that's when Ts brother came up to me and pulled my hair really hard.
