Morrissey, the blueprint of the lonely white pop hero. I'm completely surprised, that the Americans know every word and sing them as loud as they can. Absolutely impressive! Thanks for sharing.
wow! what a treat to hear Big Mouth Strikes Again live.. That was the song that made me a big fan of The Smiths when I was a young teenager in the early 90s!
Thanks for sharing! NEW RULE: Moz-Angelenos really should consider not impulsively SCREAM-singing along. It's cool once in a while, but it really does subtract from the experience of others. Take a chill. I know you're excited but we wanna hear him sing- not you!
Lol it's called being in the moment and doing what feels right. I love singing! I love singing along if I know the song!! It just comes out I can't help it. I understand the sentiment though and I agree with you halfway. :)
@@CaptainOatwright Rude to who? I thanked him for posting and my problem wasn't with the video. It's with the few people who scream along and ruin the concert experience for others by drowning out the artist's vocals. I post videos regularly on my other channel but props to Mitch for getting these uploaded from the hotel immediately after the show. I think that's awesome!
As. !!!!
I was totally disappointed seeing his performance today 7/27. People that have not seen him live should know they’re not seeing the Smiths. He knows people love the hits and he did not play much. He’s not a crowd pleaser. He had weird ass videos of police brutality playing. Smh
That’s unfortunate that you didn’t enjoy the concert and left feeling disappointed. I had the opposite reaction, but I love Morrissey even more than I love The Smiths, and that’s a lot. His words speak to me now just like they did in the 80s. I think he played lots of his hits but perhaps more of his solo career. It was amazing hearing my favorite songs like I Like You, All the Lazy Dikes, Jack the Ripper, and If You Don’t Like Me, Then Don’t Look at Me. Some of the images are hard to watch but they definitely make you think. My gaze was so fixed on Morrissey and his expressions and gestures though that I didn’t notice all of the images behind him. If you spend time listening to Morrissey it’s hard not to love him. He has so much to say that makes you feel understood and makes you think and feel.
Kindly but strongly disagree. Morrissey would still be Morrissey, but his journey would have been different. There isn’t an alternate universe in which Morrissey’s words and voice would have gone unappreciated. Marr is a fantastic guitarist, but there is something undeniably special and beautiful about Morrissey.
"Sometimes you have to go to dark places by yourself, just to know your inner self...Get up, get off, and GET INVOLVED" Thankyou Moz
The crowd interaction is part of the beauty of the video. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Yea it's great but I wish they'd shut the hell up.
One of the greatest.

Thank you for sharing this magic. 🎉
We went the following day and it was awesome, my 13 year old daughter sang most of his songs….made my night ❤
same, took my 12 year old!
Your videos are always great. We've been to a bunch of the same shows, and I love coming back to your channel for the memories. Thank you!
Morrissey an enigma but no doubt he created some incredible songs
King👑
Legend
His band is fantastic.
I hope I can go to the show in Houston! I hope he plays this
You lucky people
Wonderful
Hey, you posted this quickly. I was hoping for some good videos. Fun show last night,!

BUT I LIKE THE SONG AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW.
@bcollins8494 that’s a bit rude, think what you’re saying, he kindly posted the video, but no one forced you to watch it!!

no Boz?
Not bad for a fellow Mancunian
were there any bands playing before him?
None. Just Morrissey.
The problem is he is a Gemini and Johnny is a Scorpio ♏️, those 2 signs are extreme opposites sadly .
New drummer? Thought Brendan Buckley played with Morrissey, well, new drummer anyways🥁
Hardly new, that’s Matt Walker, he was in Morrissey’s band from 2006 until 2020.
@@ravenknight1704 Awesome!!🤘
@@ravenknight1704The return of Matthew Ira Walker! 🥰🤗 Wait…Is Solomon Walker back as well?! ❤❤❤

Listen to Glory by Oloff!
That’s why all ages show urgh
Check out Glory by Oloff
Unironically, too many "BIGMOUTH(s)" in the crowd almost ruined the tune.

This video is ruined by all the idiots shouting drowning out Morrisseys singing. You can barely hear him at all.
Artists like their fans to sing the songs, don't be a bitter man.
I moved off the floor for night 2 for this reason. Check out my July 27 videos.
I quite like the idea of Smiths oi! renditions
Thank you.

Without marr this man would still be on the dole in his teenage bedroom.
I’m sorry what did Marr do before and after morrissey that’s worth a damn
