I would just like to say a massive thank you to Ali Greymond for all of her help and support through what had to be one of the hardest and most fearful times in my life. Hell sounded appealing to what I was living with- false memory OCD! I’m very private and the thought of telling someone my intrusive thoughts was agonizing. I listened to Ali’s shows on UA-cam and I knew the best person to help me was her, Ali made me feel so comfortable, I never once felt as though she was judging me in anyway in fact she made me feel the opposite like I was normal and none of this meant anything. She gave me the tools and skyped me every day I felt like She was in the next room the support was amazing. This wonderful lady changed my life, it’s hard work and determination daily but if there’s one person that can help you recover from OCD it’s Ali Greymond. She’s amazing at what she does and me and my family are blessed we found her because I don’t know where I’d be now. Thank you Ali your programme is amazing. (L.)

I came to Ali with a severe case of contamination OCD. When I asked her when we could start, she said “how about today”? I liked that she was that proactive and willing to jump in immediately. I looked at the packages she offered and signed up immediately for the “Severe OCD” package, because that accurately described the state I was in. Ali almost immediately became my anchor, my support system and friend through this very frightening and lonely disorder. With Ali by my side, I had hope for the first time and I made strides that even surprised me. I was amazed at how quickly I started to recover. It felt like magic to me.
🙏 Ali Greymond Program Client Review #3
Having been a fellow sufferer herself, she truly understands the disorder. I felt that Ali intuitively knew when to push me
through a fear and when to back off. When she felt that I was not ready for an exercise she told me. When she felt that I could push through a fear, she told me and 100% of the time, she was on point! This was extremely important as feeling in control is such a huge element of this disorder. I would recommend anyone suffering with this disorder to work with Ali. She helped me get my life back and that is priceless. (J.)

It felt so good to have advice from someone who actually went through OCD and recovered themselves. Ali knew all the minute details about OCD impulses, about how relapses can happen, about how the theme can feel SO real and about how OCD can trick you into ruminating when you think you are not. After putting in the work I am now fully recovered and haven't had anxiety for over a year. The tracking method ensured I made progress with my response prevention. I now have control of my life back and can't thank Ali enough.

    Hi Ali,
Its been really wonderful to interacting with you.
I am really lucky and I am sure many of us are to have you as our coach.
I was almost 10 yrs struggling from OCD, not able to do many things since last 3 4 yrs.
After sessions with you I realised that OCD thoughts are not real and they are very much scary.
Your you tube videos are very helpful.
You only guided me to go through it, accept it, don't try to chase it and most important is its not you, it's your neighbour talking with you.
Avoid thoughts and do ERP for whole day. That's the only way which everyone can do for his / her recovery.
Thanks Ali for your precious time for all of us in this hard time.
In one sentence you are life saviour for many people.
Ali Greymond Program Client Review #6
Working with Ali gave me confidence to push through my OCD because unlike a medical doctor she sees it every day and has recovered from it herself. Her level of experience is unparalleled in this field. Thanks Ali!

Its great you say that. With OCD I tend to forget a lot that Its a FEELING problem, not a thought problem. Its like I can't sort things out In my head, and then I realize Its because Its not a string of thoughts, but a feeling.

So helpful and what a relief to know this is normal. I have blasphemous thoughts and sometimes the worst part is the feelings that come with them- like I want or have an urge to have these disgusting thoughts. It's really scary! So glad it's normal and I can learn to just ignore it and draw closer to Jesus❤

I’ve had ocd for years and I think about the intrusive thoughts I had back then
that never happened. I know I’ll never act on any of them
And I know this to shall pass but the thoughts /images
    make you feel like shi
    so not me.
    not my true heart
because I get involved with the thoughts I don’t know why
I want that “ oh yeah that shi “ attitude not omg why did I think or feel that
When I do not give it attention and time passes I do see what a foolish thought it was. But I pray in the sacred name of Jesus Christ for everyone going through ocd.

I completely understand you, and coming from the same boat. Although I’m not a fan of medicines I’m happy I’m using antidepressants for now. Let me state clearly I want to get rid of them later.. (Btw I’m using a small dosage)
What it allows me to do again:
      -starting ERP
-meditation becomes pleasant instead of horrifying
      -breath exercises are wonderful again
But over sometime when I’m further with ERP I’m gonna quite the pills slowly. But without my anxiety and feelings where unbearable, I could not even relax one minute a day. Now I’m doing ERP with confidence and feeling happy again.

I just get triggered when i hear the "like" word, that it makes you feel LIKE you want. Well can it send actual feelings that you want it and you fight with them cause you realize you dont? I hate when i hear like cause i know what thats like, you just overthink that you like it, but for me it sends me real feelings and i feel like a real crazy dude cause im actually fighting with the emotion to not feel it, to change it. Cause i dont want to feel happy about these thoughts. So this is still part of it or no?

OCD tries to confuse you and is trying to STEAL your identity. It wants to STEAL what is important to you. We live in a very confusing world which doesn’t help. The key to overcoming this is to find your true identity in who Jesus says you are, then you can overcome every lie OCD throws your way. This is like building your identity on a rock that can’t be shook. Everything you’re going through is a lie from the enemy to rob you of your peace and your identity. You will overcome this and be so fulfilled in who you truly are.

OCD tries to STEAL your identity. It wants to take it away and will give you false sensations/feelings in attempt to do it. It is NOT true do NOT identify with it. Find your true identity in who Jesus says you are and it will be like a rock that can’t be touched. The enemy wants to steal your identity.

@Sijdwnkzdkdk I hope that is the case for me. I woke up on the 18 of December with what I can only describe as an utter repulsion and disgust for women (I am a 23 y.o heterosexual male) for the first time in my life. I asked myself internally if I was gay and was cloaked with a wave of anxiety soon after. I soon started to get groinal sensations toward my brother and every man on the television, and a feeling of attraction also. It didnt matter their age, build, looks etc. My brain was telling me I was attracted. This has impacted my mental health in an extremely negative way and I feel I've lost my whole identity. A few days after I also had am extremely disturbing dream involving a young boy and once I woke up I started to get the same feelings and groinals whenever I saw one on the television too. It feels like I want it all, what has happened to me. I dont get erections when thinking about any of this, only with women, it feels like my mind and body want different things. I'm so lost. Is the HOCD/POCD?

@@Sam_0141 what you describe is classic ocd. The fact you’re questioning if it’s even ocd or not is classic ocd, it’s one of the many tricks it plays on you because the feelings feel so real. ERP works wonders, but it takes time to work and you have to commit to it, but it’s so worth it. I’m rooting for you buddy. Best wishes!
Edit: also I just want to say this, not out of reassurance but just so you know, ocd is ego-dystonic. It’s the opposite of your true desires and that’s what causes so much distress.
