Your ranking of American Presidents seems to ignore Obama and his part in Iran nuclear capacity development. No less of a qualified authority on ranking American Presidents than the very distinguished Economist and prolific author Dr. Thomas Sowell, the Milton and Rose Friedman Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, has called Obama the worst President ever because of the role he played in enabling Iran to become a lethal threat to the US, Israel, and the world. As bad as Biden has been as President, by Sowell’s reckoning, he is second to Obama because of what Obama did.
This is a New York Jury Bill... Trump will be found Guilty... The Appeal will of course get it overturned and thrown out, but with this Jury, in New York, none of them want to be the one who got Trump off...

It is a mistake to consider these proceedings to be legitimately in search of truth or justice. If they were, the judge would have dismissed the case weeks ago. Such a farce and mockery of justice.
Where are the checks and balances? These people don't seem to answer to anyone, it seems like they can indict whomever they want and for no good reason and get away with it, because they answer to no one. Something is wrong here everyone should have to answer to someone, especially in government and working for the public.
Would have never made it to court if this BOZO JUDGE was legitimately in search of truth or justice.

Dershowitz was in the front row of the courtroom on 5/20 and said Costello was behaving normally. He said: “I sat in the front row, literally just feet away from where all the action occurred. I rolled my eyes when the judge made some rulings that were absurd. Any first-year evidence student would understand that he was making biased rulings in favor of one side...I stared [the judge] down, but Costello didn't. He acted like a normal witness and the judge went berserk.
Bump all that, So why is Trump not testifing can some one answer that? Trump has been runnning his trap about how he will take the stand, Well what happened Mr. Trump???
You sure talk out in front of the cameras every day, however when you have the chance to clear your name under oath, tell everyone the truth about what happened, you chose not to. Can you answer that Mr Trump, how about you Mr. O Reilly? Can anyone.......

Yeah, a highly respected lawyer and was not allowed to complete a sentence without being objected by the prosecution, his frustration and feeling being violated is more than we can understand.

@@MitchT-cj2hg Well, if the other 2 shamed trials in NY are anything to go by then @josephschmidt2183 is probably correct. He was found guilty in both courts for either things that he did not do or that there's no victims for the things he did as a legit business man. Notice josephschmidt2183 emphasized NY courthouse. Elsewhere, he might get a fair shake. This Hush money trial, though there's not even a crime, is bias to the core and hellbent on putting Trump in jail which is unlikely to happen on appeal or else his whole entourage of security personnel goes in with him which would be laughable.
Based on all these court cases where an ex president can be found guilty for nothing, the supreme court may not just overturned those rulings and may have no choice but to just grant him immunity. If not then you don't have to be a rocket scientist that the DemoRats courts may go after a few of those supreme court judges (e.g. Kavanough, Thomas, etc) , especially since DemoRats no longer control the supreme court.

It drives me crazy how Bill can nonchalantly consider what Costello had to say irrelevant. Nobody on the jury hardly had a chance to hear a word with this compromised judge sustaining every nonstop objection by the prosecution. Can you blame Costello’s frustration? I wish Bill would just stop trying to play both sides when something so damn egregiously contemptible is taking place right before our eyes. It’s infuriating!
You are right that they didn't really get to hear what Costello had to say. I don't blame Costello for being frustrated but you cant say "jeez" and roll your eyes at the Judge. Even though we know the Judge is biased.

Going forward, that compromised POS for a judge shouldn’t be allowed to preside over an argument by two five year olds for a piece of candy. Costello’s reaction hurt his feelings because the bias on full display was too much for him to contain. He needed a reason to lash out and found one. Where was his outrage when sloppy Daniels spewed all her crap? Nowhere to be found.

Are the jurors going to be afraid of repercussion rather than what they believe? I think so.
Same as GF trial. Jurors were more at risk Derick Chauven has been while in custody. They would face condemnation and Doxxing had they returned a not guilty verdict. The instinct for Self preservation and the protection of family, will always trump the truth, regardless of the facts.

I was a jury foreman in a case that was thin as a reed. But the defense put on their witness and he clearly lied to us. It took several hours of deliberation, with many of us wanting to render a verdict for the plaintiff but we really didn't think she deserved anything. That's when I suggested we could render judgment for the plaintiff but give her $1 of damages. Within 5 minutes we had unanimity.
Lesson: don't put on a witness that is clearly lying. Even if the jurors sympathize with you, they will NOT appreciate your lying to them.
Obiden is the worst president and oh bummer is the second worst and Jimmy Carter is the third worst.
