@@Brittany_Broski Brittany I'd give a tit just to have a high ass podcast w u and Chris w absolutely no direction. Runs off nothing but ADHD and prayers.
Kids on leashes VERY underrated. My brother used to think it was very fun to just straight up run away from my mom, sometimes into traffic. Kid leashes are for a child's safety. And of course if it's uncomfortable or stresses them out don't use it. But a lot of them are super cute and have a little stuffed animal backpack that makes it more like a toy than a restraint. So as long as you're not yanking the kids around they're safe and happy.
I had a monkey on my back I named ‘ahah’ and his tail was a leash! I actually really liked it and most of the time forget it was on until my parents would lightly tug on it or I was about to run into oncoming traffic, which was almost a normal occasion 😂
Yeah I saw a post asking for leashed kids opinions on being leased and I didn’t see any negative comments. Everyone was talking about how it probably saved their life. Especially for autistic kids who have a tendency to run off. My older brother was the only kid leashed in my family and it’s because they would run off. Also it’s safer than holding their hand, many kids under 5 can easily dislocated their elbow when their hand is being held and they turn to move in another direction because they saw something interesting. Not to mention how leashing you’re kids can make going out much less daunting and stressful as a parent due to the children being better controlled and much safer.
I legitimately had to see a neurologist to figure out why I had short term memory loss and I almost lost my job because I was forgetting everything. Turns out it was my anxiety/depression/stress getting so bad that my brain said NOPE and I had memory loss for literally months

Brittany and Chris are the older siblings driving and Emmy and Ian are the little siblings in the backseat of the car because their mom couldn't drive them to school
5:30 here's a fun story, my professor once told me her and her husband took the kids to see the grand canyon and her two year old just fully walked off the fucking edge and she had to power lift him back into the living world with the child leash he was wearing so i'm gonna go ahead and agree with chris 😂
I love how Emmy and Ian are clearing freaking out internally when Brittany says Justin Bieber was underrated.... they are still mad about miss Taylor Swift!!! I’m here for it
THANKYOU!!! its people who were never leashed that thinks its wrong. Like NO I wasnt abused, NO i wasnt treated like a dog. i would have literally died if it werent for it.
I was never on a leash because I was a clingy only child but I can definitely see why some kids need to be. A lot of kids love to run off and if you're in a busy place with other kids to keep an eye on, it can be so easy to lose track of a runner and end up in a really scary situation. It's not ideal but if it's for the sake of a child's safety, definitely leash them.
I just wanna give the perspective of a mom on the whole leash thing. When my son was like 1.5-3 and we went anywhere crowded he wore his backpack leash. Because a) he can’t run off and b) nobody can grab him and kidnap him. I think it’s the safest option and definitely isn’t traumatic. My son wouldn’t rather have to wear the backpack than hold my hand.
I have to agree with you here. I’m 16 now, I used to live in Chicago and my mom would use a kid leash to keep me from getting lost. I ran into the road and It ended up preventing me from getting hit by an oncoming car. I wouldn’t use one on a kid older than 5-6, but they are certainly not going to cause trauma if they are used normally lol.
"kids on leashes" UNDERRATED AF. Some toddlers will run EVERYWHERE if you don't contain them somehow and the shopping cart just doesn't do it every time lol.
SERIOUSLY. and even if u teach them not to, some kids do anyway and then its the parents responsibility to keep that kid from running around and contaminating everything it sees

about the leash kid one: I used to be a leash kid, my backpack was a monkey and my mom would drag me around Winco, I didnt really mind it because I was super hyper and wandered off a lot, so it actually helped
yeah I fully agree with putting children on little backpack leashes when they're younger as long as the parent isn't an asshole, especially in big crowds. it's not even about controlling where they go because you don't want them to roam around but kidnapping happens so easily. bells won't save a child from getting swiped up but a leash attached to them and your hand could. fully agree with Chris on this one.
The two in the background look like when your friends introduce you to someone new and then are lowkey butthurt that you ended up being better friends with the person they introduced you to.
Kids on leashes is for SAFETY! Toddlers are faster than you think. And if you turn your back for a second, they could be snatched. If someone tries to kidnap a kid on a leash, it much easier to notice and stop since they are attached to you. It’s for safety.
not only do toddlers wander off get lost easily, but some stranger could snatch them up while your head is turned for 5 seconds to grab something. I don't think it's as traumatizing as you would think it is, as long as the parent doesn't abuse it or use it as a weapon against the kid. but i personally think it's underrated. you can never be too careful
@@oliviac295 absolutely! It's great for the kids who hate being held or the kids with sensory issues. The leash gives them a sense of freedom without them actually running off

my sister would try and run off anywhere when she was a toddler and we eventually had to get one for her and it was the best decision ever. we were constantly paranoid she'd fall off a cliff if we were hiking a trail, or her going to hide if we were shopping, etc. this still gave her some independence without letting her get lost, or like you said - even snatched up

Emmy really serving villainess with that eyepatch no shade
I hate when people say you shouldn't put kids on a leash,My mom made my brother go on a leash until he was like ten,he used to run out in to traffic and almost got into a vehicle with a stranger
I agree with it when its needed. Not every kid can be taught or will listen about not running away and how dangerous it can be. It can save lives and its completely harmless (same with parents that have more than one kids too)
Cause only people who shouldn't be a parent use them.
thats sick.
@@jay5391 not true ive seen very capable mothers end up letting go of there kids hand and darting off. Plus if mom/ dad has another kid its less stress for them. I've also read stories of kids getting snatched up right next to them in a blink of an eye. I wish i was a leash kid i hated having to always hold moms hand or keep my hand on the cart, at least with a leash the kid can explore safely. Dont judge parents who are trying to keep there kid safe.
Yeah some kids really do need to be on leashes, especially ones who are easily distracted and overstimulated. How can a parent compete with predators that are watching for the exact moment they look away to snatch your kid? Or a kid that zooms off right when their mom let's go of their hand? Babysit a kid who does this for 1 day in public, then lemme know how you feel
I understood three words in this video and that’s all I need
Chris making everyone go around the room saying everything they love about Brittany for her to come back and say who fucking cares if emmy comes back is ICONIC
emmy got the facts love that her and ian are swifties
yup!!
the video radiates a energy that can’t be replicated
watching it feels like i’m hanging out with a friend from highschool and their new college friends for the first time. does that make sense like they’re so fun & comfortable that i’m nervously not saying anything except for like laughing at jokes
I kept my kid on a leash backpack until she's was like 3 because she liked to run away from Mommy and the leash gave her a sense of independence because she could still walk away from us but feel safe. Completely underrated.
Clicked like before Brittany finished her “HI”, living for this collab!
this is something i really needed. two of my favorite people, together; bliss
Brittany has my exact view on TS. In the world of pop music, I only have time for vocal powerhouses and real divas.
Idc about vocals if the songwriting is bad tbh
@@busstop5165 ts is both bad lmfao
omg brittany and chris, a serve!!! but when ian and emmy were just at the back chillin, that was hella cute
Let me go get myself drunk and then ill come back to this so I can feel it more into my soul... brb
y is phil sitting on her head

akklajak pls what time zone are you in 😭💀
when jenna marbles left i started watching brittany's channel and im hooked bruv
that's EXACTLY what I did, same kind of lighthearted content, I love Britney im shocked she doesn't have more subscribers
thank you for what you said about taylor swift, its not often you hear people say what rings so true to so many. amen.
The kids on leashes vs kids with bells argument feels like just another way to ask if some is a dog person vs a cat person.
As someone who regularly wandered away from my parents, kids on leashes are a necessity sometimes.
Chris and Brittany collab: extremely underrated
It took me this long to realize Brittany fills the Jenna void for me.
Jenna was always too cute to do what brittany does for me
yes !

I'm high key pro kid leashes. I feel like it gives them the freedom to roam and not be holding hands all the time but also keeps them safe. Also I definitely had leash. And I'm only slightly traumatized now
Miss mama, I was a leash kid... it got to the point where I wouldn’t leave the house without it. But out of all of the event in my childhood to traumatize me I’m still waiting on that one.
im so glad we all wanted a cast/braces/glasses in middle school, i got glasses and it wish i didnt i hate them now but i wanted a cast SO BADLY i was even tempted to break my own leg
Why do I feel like this is literally gonna be me and all of my friends once we go to college-
chris about kids on leashes: I guess I'm more of a dog person
I DIED HAHA
I love that they tap eachother like I do with my friends!!!! I had people hate that I do that so I am SO happy y’all do that shit toooo 😂❤️❤️❤️
