When people are still watching your Movies, after 65 years, and love them...Elvis is so unique and original, and ann margret is icing on the cake.....great chemistry....
Ann-Margret did the easiest acting of her career. The glow, excitement on her face reflects the true chemistry and infatuation she had while performing with Elvis.
So gorgeous these two. Cant get enough of them. Thank God we still can watch Elvis movies. I am so grateful that Elvis acted in so many movies, dont care whether they are box offices or not, i love them all. Rip Elvis. You are much.loved n never forgotten.
I feel “exactly the same way you do” & just love rewatching the many movies 🎥 Elvis made! I, just like you, am so thankful Elvis made so many movies 🍿, for I love them all, too. Those old movies “keep Elvis forever alive in our memories & they are just sheer fun! “ May Elvis Rest In Peace & we all miss you so very much! ♥️
It's just heartbreaking to know that Elvis really wanted just one serious movie that people liked, but honestly, only a very few select actors get that
Agree 110%. I don't think about the sometimes corny storyline, I just want to see Elvis' beautiful face, his smile, his unique walk, his dancing, and hear his sexy voice, talking or singing. We are so lucky to have all this on DVDs that we can watch whenever we like. When we were growing up with Elvis in the 50s 60s and 70s, we had to wait until his movies came to the theatre, buy records (no downloading music off the internet -- it didn't exist😮
Elvis Presley and Ann Margret were excellent together. I wish that they would of made more movies together but we're fortunate enough to have this one movie.
There is no one one the planet that can match elvis he was a legend in his own right all his music and films were fabulous he should of married Ann Margaret I’ve got all his films he made still watching them today 2023 r.I.p elvis 🇬🇧❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Such class, style, and skill. I think with the invention of youtube, etc giving future generations access to stars like this, this style and class will live forever.
Their chemistry was off the charts. You can practically see the flames shooting off these two phenomenal pperformers. Ann Margaret and Elvis Presley were a perfect match for each other.

I always thought that totally Elvis had the music in him, from head to toe; his moves were so fluid and smooth, just like his singing! In this scene, his moves are so musical, while AM's were sort of frenetic; a great scene!
I so love this whole amazing scene from the movie Viva Las Vegas!!! This is absolutely my favorite scene in this whole movie, which is really saying something, for this whole movie 🎥 is filled with one extraordinary scene after another! This is my very favorite ELVIS movie, too!”After watching this scene in particular, I can so well understand why they always referred to Ann Margaret (My mother took me as a child to see “BYE BYE BIRDIE” & just loved ANN MARGARET, from that moment on!) as the “FEMALE ELVIS PRESLEY!” The two of them together are the absolute personification of “sex appeal”( & “sexual tension!!! 🤣) talent & downright “fun!” Watching the two of them dance, sing & flirt through this whole movie 🎥 is nothing but sheer fun for both the audience & us fans, that loved seeing the both of them together, in this lighthearted happy movie, that can’t help but bring a smile to your face, just watching it! l TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU ALL... This movie is absolutely fabulous and Ann-Margret and Elvis were simply magnificent together!!! Pardon me, but I can't help wonder if we'd still have Elvis, if he'd married this terrific, talented and beautiful lady???!!! My mum's just 20 days younger than Elvis (almost 87) and going strong ...! And Ann, a mere 80 years young, appears as wonderful as ever!! I SO ADORE THESE GREATEST ENTERTAINERS!!! 🌟🌟🌟💞🙏
1:03 ... The girl with the pigtails and the rainbow striped top sitting by the drums is Teri Garr. This was one of her first film roles. She was just an extra here but would go on to become a well-known actress during the '70s appearing in Young Frankenstein, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and of course Tootsie. She even had a memorable appearance on the TV series Friends playing Phoebe's long lost biological mother!

I believe if he would’ve stuck with Ann-Margret he would still be alive today by her side. She is such an angel and he’s waiting for her in heaven. I know she’s a married woman but you always have your first love.

For anyone who is an Ann - Elvis fan, you must hear her Audiobook read by herself on you tube now. She reads it herself and she winds the story of she and Elvis all throughout the book right up until he died. I had no idea she herself came out and in her ladylike way, told us herself finally what happened.
One whispered comment from Elvis at the beginning and the back-up group can play the entire song all the way through, and he can follow without a single goof, and even more miraculously, horns are audible! Even though none are visible. That, folks, is Hollywood!

I too, wish I could dance like her, as well! Ann Margaret was so multitalented…. She could sing, dance , act & was just so drop dead gorgeous! As a young 9 yr old child, right up through my teenage yrs I she was my favorite actress! Ever since I saw her, as that impressionable little 9 yr old girl, in another perennial favorite movie of mine, “Bye Bye Birdie” I was enamored by this amazing actress! My mother took both my little brother & I to see “BYE BYE BIRDIE” yrs & yrs ago. The “opening movie sequence”, as she repeatedly rushes both to & fro, in that yellow dress, w/ the vivid sapphire blue background behind her, w/ her beautiful long red hair flying all around her, as she sings the opening title song, this left me totally awestruck,as that little girl. Watching her in that particular movie, Ann Margaret became “my forever favorite movie star!!!!” ♥️

She's very much in love and devoted to husband Roger Smith. Pretty sure she only has fond memories regarding Elvis.
Her husband Roger Smith passed away a few years ago.
He would've never stuck with her considering she had a career. Maybe she would've helped him, but he said himself, "I ain't changing for nobody."
