Yeah theres another hotel that accepts foreigners but its like 8x more expensive so this one is an okay option. Did you notice the staff all seem so sad, never once do they smile or have any energy in their voice - so strange. Decent enough hotel just a shame there's no heating when it's so cold. Hope you had an interesting time, its a unique experience for sure but never the same as getting to walk the streets and do as you wish

Multan is an ancient city if you want to discover many old traditions and cultures you can observe. You can go anywhere and are free to move without an escort but if you have a guide who can translate every single word. You had visited Shah Rukn e Aalam. Just beside it, there was Bahaud din Zakaria tomb and very near to it a famous tomb of Shah Shams Tabraiz but you have not visited there. I visited the Tomb of Shah Shams about 2 years ago, I saw a female foreigner who had traveled alone but she had a guide to walk freely and captured pics. Police was not only giving you guys protection and ride but was doing their job meanwhile by capturing people from the road and the most funny part was that the people who got arrested were in the same cabin with you guys and even were waiting for you when you were buying halwa.. this is the 1st time I commented on some UA-cam video but believe me it was so funny that I couldn't stop myself. Multan is a very safe city in Pakistan. The Police came with you to provide extra Protection though there was no need for that and that scared you a little bit I guess 😅. And Police should not have eaten from you and also we are sorry that they put Criminals with you. But you know there are some unprofessional People in every department unfortunately. If you don’t have security, people will just stare and gather around you and that will make you uncomfortable. I think that’s why in rural areas Pakistani government provides security.
Multan is an ancient city if you want to discover many old traditions and cultures you can observe. You can go anywhere and are free to move without an escort but if you have a guide who can translate every single word. You had visited Shah Rukn e Aalam. Just beside it, there was Bahaud din Zakaria tomb and very near to it a famous tomb of Shah Shams Tabraiz but you have not visited there. I visited the Tomb of Shah Shams about 2 years ago, I saw a female foreigner who had traveled alone but she had a guide to walk freely and captured pics. I hope you both have a good time and hope to be in Lahore too. Enjoy your days.

My wife and I were in Karachi last month, travelled from Karachi to Sukku by car. No hassle. In sukkur they offered voluntary police escort,. From larkana to moen Jo daro and back to Hyderabad, had armed police escort. But we were treated very respectful and hospitable…

He asked "whats your currency?" Like whats your currency name. Obviously the answer was "pounds" but it totally makes sense that you couldn't understand it.
