A fantastic! Review. Thank you. I’m actually one of the people you mentioned in that I grew up playing with classic space Lego as a kid in the 80’s but never really touched it as an adult. When I saw this set, as a cat lover I knew I just had to get it. Much has changed with Lego over the decades so it was such a new and exciting experience for me, as well as nostalgic. I’m so very happy this set was made.

@@bradyjoynerbricks Yes, I got the set for my birthday and built it over a few days. It’s the first set I have built as an adult, It was lots of fun. I still have all my classic space lego from my childhood stored away, and a stack of the old retro lego catalogues from the 80’s. I’m really glad I kept them. I’ve kind of deliberately kept away from Lego as an adult for fear of getting addicted and sent into bankruptcy trying to collect all the sets I think I might enjoy!

Great history on the story from concept to completion. Love the fact the model is posable and makes use of three dimensional building.
