Hello dear Venu, actually the generated heat is because of the chemical reactions and we have already defined the thermal BC's on the walls by convection. Danke!
Hello dear Pankaj, you are welcome, depending on the realistic conditions we choose the BC's type in Fluent. The battery is cooled by a convection coefficient at a free stream temperature. If you decrease the coefficient, the battery's temp. will increase. And the contrast is correct. You define the boundary condition as the experiment. The environmental temperature can be changed if we make a domain surrounds the battery represents the air or the fluid. In the video we did not consider this, we only dealt with the battery and the convection heat transfer. Also if we cool the battery as I also showed, we may not include the convection details and see the pure effect of the cooling fluid. Always we try to validate the experiment. i just showed a simple idea :) Danke!

Hello dear Frankie, you're welcome! Changing any value must be depending on real prototypes because the battery's voltage depends on its chemistry and other parameters. Do I need inflation layers in solids contact surfaces for heat transfer?

Always we try to validate the experiment. i just showed a simple idea :)

Hello dear Frankie, you're welcome! Changing any value must be depending on real prototypes because the battery's voltage depends on its chemistry and other parameters.
So, you must get a real battery and know its values from the technical sheet and use them in Fluent. Not just changing the values and hitting run. It is complicated. Danke!
Hi sir, thank you very much for your help. If for example I have these datas:
Nominal cell capacity 5 ah
Discharge cut-off voltage 2 V
Charge cut off voltage 3.6 V
Nominal voltage 3.2 V
How can I change the values on model options and solution options?

Hello dear Frankie, to change the values, get the technical sheet of the battery, get the inputs needed in Fluent. The next link has a technical sheet and it has the values required in Fluent:
www.mediafire.com/file/0uzavdxm8gbs8jp/50Ah+cell+specs+-+Geepower.pdf/file
