In the north east, street hockey is really big (or used to be, it's slowly declining). So it's awesome to see videos like this. I played for 11 years. I wish I would've migrated into ice hockey. When I was playing during travel/all-star season I was really good, but it's too late now sadly.
If you can slide in the butterfly, then I find it easier. Otherwise I'm nowhere fast enough myself lol. Usually go with the old school style when wearing shoes.
Adam Notaro I've played goalie for inline many times. It was just my first time in these pads which are 4 inches bigger than the ones I normally wear, so my lateral movement was very restricted compared to what I'm used to. Good luck with goalie, keep playing as long as you can afford it!
No offense Pavel, but is the reason you play against really bad goalies because there are no other better ones. I mean like. I'm a goalie too, but there aren't any better goalies in Canada? Or is it because you might not be able to pull the stuff you do on other goalies. No hate. Just curious.
Rex8681 Honestly it's not easy to convince a high calibor goalie to be in a video like this - it's even tougher to find one. I also would be careful with your wording. These goalies aren't "really bad." You'd be surprised at how many saves they make. This goalie in this video is not a real goalie though.
The goalies in his videos aren't that bad, but pavel has unreal hands, he can make a lot of goalies look bad if he wants. There are goalies out there that are good but, if they are in competitive shape they are probably younger and in competitive leagues which means lots of practice and they have schoolwork most likely. All though I would take any offer from a guy that has sick hands like pavel, it would be good practice. But besides all reasons above I think this is more about the creative dangles and not goalies saving them, no?

What part of Toronto is this rink in?
Aye Green Wood park and I was wondering do you have to rent it to play on it in the summer
hey pave, how long is ur stick? do u use wax?
Some nice moves, if the goalie isn't allowed to pokecheck
now how would u go about curving the ball around the goalies pad after making a move in a shootout.
That's a slow goalie lol but it's such fun
Pavs you're amazing! I'm a second year player and I was hoping you could give me some tips. I play defense.
Message me on the Facebook group for tips! And be specific with what you want to improve.
Pavel Barber Sadly I don't have a Facebook, so I can't ask there, but the main thing I'm looking to improve are my backwards crossovers.
NewYorkRangersFan23 That's what I'm trying to improve the most too. And I'm also a Rangers fan! haha
***** Hahahaha it's awesome to meet people with common interests! And it's even better that we've got Pavs here to support us!
Just try,try and try, fail, fail and fail then u gonna be awesome
which outdoor rink is this?
Greenwood
Luis Green Wood
That datsyuk move at 00:50 though.
Hey pav what stick did you use
Is that an out door rink?
We're in Toronto is that?
He is not horrible he is ok.
Theres gotta be an nhl team that would take you strictly for shootouts
That goalie is horrible...smh.. but youre still a beast Pavel!
yeah I suck....
Fraser Harvey Ridout lol I edited 2 roller hockey vids - you made a lot of saves in one of em
Fraser Harvey Ridout I just played my first ice hockey game as goalie and youre still much better than me! :D

its because he is in scates
Beautiful arena ,but that goalie should move a little
Is that greenwood
does anyone know what play-on is???😀
How are you not in the nhl????
You can't be in the nhl just from being able to stickhandle
TheMuscleNetwork ikr it takes alot more and stick handling in the nhl doesnt even matter as much as other skills
What song?
Pavel why u not in NHL U BEAST
goalie could have poke checked alot of those if he wanted.
i know pavel has hands but half of these are just dekes to the backhand
Where's this rink
Green wood
poke checkkkkkkk
