Once you own one with the fitted 9mm cylinder you'll have and even more versatile revolver. The Korth and Manurhin MR-73s are in a class by themselves. It's kind of like comparing a Rolex to a lessor watch, they both tell time but that's were it ends.
Would love to own one but I’m a middle class schlub. And I can’t spend 5 to 6k on that revolver. I would also like to check out the Manurhin. But I believe Beretta is asking $3800 just to get a base model MR73. I’ll just keep it American 🇺🇸 in my collection.

But that could be brand loyalty we all know about that and how it goes. And do the people who buy these Korth revolvers actually run em like how early Colts and Smiths were???? I would have to lean on the side of no. The MR73 however has the vetting that revolver was a Foreman Military side arm. Idk I do want one but I can’t do it because I’ll never see it as what it is a REALLY well designed tool

👍 That looks very well made but I don’t care for the red cylinder release button. Tell me it’s not made from plastic! I have heard that Korth and Manurhin make excellent revolvers but cost three or four times as much as a Colt,S&W or Ruger. I guess you pay for quality, but for the time being I will be content with my 686+.
That particular one has red paint of some sort on the cylinder release. I will be doing a video on another one I have shortly that dies not have the red. Lol. Thanks for watching
It’s a beautiful revolver, but the placement and color on the cylinder release is awful IMO. Of course, I couldn’t afford one anyway so I don’t have to worry about it. Thanks for the video.
That’s an awesome revolver. I have a quick question.. what do you think of Colt Cobras and Colt Det specials? I have an option to get one. It will be my first Colt revolver if I do.
The older Colt cobras I would stay away from because they are alloy frames and if the finish wears on them not much you can do to correct it. The detective special is an awesome gun. The new Colt cobra is also a very good gun.

You are correct. I am a bit of a Rolex nut also. I have never owned or handled a Manurhin but I hear very good things about them. Maybe one day

All you do is change the cylinder to 9mm instantly. It is a genius design
