I think a mean girls burn book or thank u, next theme would really suit February! It's not as doodley, but collages, which isn't your style, so it could be challenging, but that's what bujo is all about! Also would love to see how you execute this, because i know it will be so cute!
I prefer notebooks without lines and so I had to train myself draw a straight line free handed and write in a straight line for convenience. So what I did is I wrote and drew it with a ruler first then eventually you’ll be able to write and draw a straight line free handedly!
One of the "tricks" is for you to move not just the hand/wrist, but actually the hole arm to make a good straight line... as if your arm is following the movement and line, I don't really know how to explain, sorry lol
you can train yourself by putting a piece of paper with lines under your actual paper, the lines will kind of show up. That's how i learned to write straight on a plain paper
I'd really like a video where you explain the different types of weekly spreads, giving past examples! Like dutch door, vertical vs horizontal, events sidebar with a weekly to-do list, etc. 😊 I watch your videos since 2017, and I'm finally starting a bullet journal this year. Your annual flip throughs have really helped me a lot to realize what I like and what could suit my needs. I took screenshots and I categorized them into files and everything! (No, I'm not a creep 🤓) But a video to sum it all up would really help me (and others I'm sure). ☺️ Thank you again for all your hard work Amanda, this was a fun video to watch and it must have been quite long to film! ❤️🙌 Lots of love from France 🇫🇷
You should definitely do more of these videos. We always see you making plans, now you can show us when you're making your plans alive! Use this consept on your vlogs :)
I know i’m way late but i read a series of unfortunate events a while ago and i just watched the show on Netflix and it made me want to read them again. so now i’m listening to the audiobooks
I love listening to audiobooks while I do my bullet journal! It's so relaxing! But audible is so dang expensive, so I get most of my audiobooks for free through the library and the libby and hoopla apps! They're so fantastic!
I really never thought much of drop shadows and never added them to my doodles, but after a few of your videos, I can confidently say that I love them.
I really wanna see you create more minimal spreads, or at least let us know what you think makes a spread minimal. I love the way the spread turned out!!
I like this style of filming. As a viewer who loves to recreate your spreads at home, I feel that when you show how you sketch out the boxes and circles, it is very helpful and easier to recreate. Just a thought (: I love your videos by the way!
I love the artwork and beautiful spreads you create. I'm new to bullet journaling and still trying to find out what works for me. I also don't always have a lot of time to give to it. I would love to see quick and easy ideas like this every once in a while to help with my baby steps (and as I gain in confidence with doodles and designs). Thanks so much for sharing your talent!
I started my first journal this year and tbh it is fun and a whole lot exciting to sit one every weekend to plan ur week and decorate it....Thanks Amanda for such inspiration☺️☺️☺️
Okay, so this was the one that got me to hit the subscribe button! I fist-bumped my iPad there at the end. Thank you for showing that a minimalist spread can still be creative and beautiful! I think I’ll use one like this soon. I already have your grid cheat sheet in my newborn bullet journal (just started this last weekend) and it has definitely come in handy.
While I loved the change of pace, and this was such a cool idea... I love your channel because your doodles inspire me. I do my own minimalist spreads when I need to, but I come to you for inspiration when I want to doodle!
Wow, really cool. After you mentioned the playing card thing, the circles kind of remind me of poker chips. heehee! Thank you, really enjoyed the video, very inspiring and fun!
I like your videos. i don't do bullet journaling (i don't see the point (but to each their own) but I DO LOVE THE INSPIRATION I GET FROM YOUR DRAWINGS OR DOODLING'S (not sure what you call the things you "draw" within your journal) .... I do love your hand lettering calligraphy style ... PLEASE... maybe think about starting a series about maybe a "start to finish" "HOW TO SERIES" "HAND LETTERING FAUX CALLIGRAPHY" (ex: start with the serious ..... "Basic beginnings" how to pick the right pen, paper maybe a particular book that would help you practice, then just put up practice videos and put in like as you practice you put in your tips and tricks etc.. I MEAN START WITH THE MOST BASIC BEGINNING... WHERE TO START.. Buying the Pen... Buying the right type of Paper or whatever WHAT KIND WOULD YOU RECOMMEND or whatever and think of some people with the cheapest budget to the most realistic budgets and so on and etc.. AND MAYBE DO IT WITH DRAWINGS as well.. (Ex: a drawing .. LIKE HOW to draw A BASIC FLOWER and THEN turn it into something a little more difficult with tips and tricks. ×××JUST AN IDEA×××
I notice you are using the gelly roll white pen when I remember you preferring a different white pen in a previous video. Could you do a timeline of how your preferences have changed over time for pens and notebooks? I think that would be interesting! Thanks for your videos!
This spread is amazing, you are amazing! And though I love minimalistic looks and you did an awesome job with this spread... can I honestly say I lowkey miss the doodles! 😅
Love this! Wish I could have been part of the interactive voting, but would have probably voted the same. Would like to see a short video/sample in real time to see how fast you write lettering like the days of the week really takes. 😊.
I love your adorable doodle intro screen & social media icons..what do you use to create that? So much fun! I love these "instagram followers" videos..it's so cool that you leave it up to your followers! Love your layouts. :) Thanks for tagging the other related vids!
can u make a vid on how that cheat sheet works please?????? im annie im 12 i follow ur bullet journal vids and copy them in my journal! i have handwriting like studyquill its like exact its weird😂love u so much!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I really liked knowing your reflection on what you wanted to do .. the fact that you didn t know and you thought live ( sorry for the mistakes i m french )
I loved participating in this on Instagram 😍 totally fist bumped you btw 😁 I really enjoyed watching the entire creative process of you making this spread, I'd love more videos like this. I also noticed that the way you hold your pen is interesting, and I tried it, as it's different to how I do, and it appeared to me that the way you hold it gives you more control over your pen, which is awesome and totally relevant to this kind of stuff so if you wouldn't mind showing that off one day, maybe on Instagram, so others can see how you do that and maybe it'll help them improve how they write and draw, I'd love that 😊😊😊
Hi sister. I am a big fan of your!!!!! Your bullet journal inspired me!!! I was not interested about this. But now i eagerly wait for your vedios!!!! Keep making beautiful ideas for your great fans like me!!! Best of luck!!!😊♥

How does she get those straight lines FREEE HANDED!??!??!!!?!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💗💗💗💗
Miaa the bullet journals have little dots all over the pages that are in straight lines and you just connect the dots basically.
Shania Hammock lol I still can’t do mine straight even with the dots 😂
I prefer notebooks without lines and so I had to train myself draw a straight line free handed and write in a straight line for convenience. So what I did is I wrote and drew it with a ruler first then eventually you’ll be able to write and draw a straight line free handedly!

I know this is totally off topic but doesn’t Amanda’s hair just always look AMAZING
I really wanna see you create more minimal spreads, or at least let us know what you think makes a spread minimal. I love the way the spread turned out!!
The way she incorporated everything together keeping the minimal vibe, is commendable 😍
Kudos to Amanda 🤩
Amanda is da queen of dropshadows, bullet journalling, and calligraphy!! I learned all those things from you!
A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS IS MY FAVORITE BOOK SERIES AND TV SERIES EVER! YAY! AMANDA, YOU KNOW WHAT’S GOOD!
How is it possible that you never come up with boring content?
Love yeaaa
I like this style of filming. As a viewer who loves to recreate your spreads at home, I feel that when you show how you sketch out the boxes and circles, it is very helpful and easier to recreate. Just a thought (: I love your videos by the way!
I love how you have become much more personal on this platform. You’re so talented! Hugs 🧸

Ahhh I'm so sad I missed these polls. Please make more videos like this one in the future!! :)
I notice you are using the gelly roll white pen when I remember you preferring a different white pen in a previous video. Could you do a timeline of how your preferences have changed over time for pens and notebooks? I think that would be interesting! Thanks for your videos!
Finally a weekly spread I can actually recreate! Awesome 😍
Thanku Amanda💙💙💙
This spread is amazing, you are amazing! And though I love minimalistic looks and you did an awesome job with this spread... can I honestly say I lowkey miss the doodles! 😅
Looks fab... next week you should do all the other options that didn’t get chosen, so doodles... horizontal.... etc 😀😀😀
I recommend the pentel white gel pen. It’s really pigmented compared to my gelly roll white gel

It is so therapeutic watching your vids. Keep it coming. Love ya 😘
Love this! Wish I could have been part of the interactive voting, but would have probably voted the same. Would like to see a short video/sample in real time to see how fast you write lettering like the days of the week really takes. 😊.
