Hello everyone.
There are many ways to weld tight corners.
Which welding method is the best choice?
In addition, some of the problems of shield gas that occur when tungsten is lengthened are also included in the video.
And the connection between shield gas and nozzle will be introduced in more detail later.
Thanks for watching and have a nice week.

Why do I watch these videos at 3am? I'm not even welding.
UA-cam 😂🥲
😅😅😅😅👍👍
To znak! Nie lekceważ go!
Same 😂
Bro even you don't understand the language 😂😂😂😂
All of us are programmed
as a beginner in tig welding, im thankful for the information and the time you took just to teach others from your knowledge, thank you very much
Absolutely gorgeous technique and problem solving!
Great work sir, thank you for sharing your terrific skills with us, a generous man.
Bonne continuation
The key is to keep gas flow laminar and wide. High gas flow results in air getting pulled in from the side and mixing with the shielding gas turbulently. For that reason, keep nozzle big, gas flow low and use a gas mesh. Set plenty of pre-flow time of the gas so the gas flow pattern can stabilize before welding starts. You could also stabilize the shielding gas cover by making an enclosure that fits the geometry of the welding area and introducing shielding gas through a nozzle on there.
Is this just turbulence or is it pulling air like a venturi effect type of thing? Sorry, I'm new to TIG welding. Thanks.
@@xylosfurniture Both effects probably happen to some degree. You can never really know because the gas is invisible.
This is all good tips and information. Thank you 👍
People just make stuff up because it sounds good in their head but doesn’t reflect reality. Shielding gas does not suck in oxygen.
Explained so well language isn't a barrier. Subtitles just confirmed your demonstration
Thank you for sharing
🤗🙏💪🏆
Best welding channel on UA-cam. Thank you, HAGOJIBI, for freely sharing your knowledge and experience! I never fail to learn something from watching your videos. Salute!
Between watching Hagojibi and Jody at "Welding Tips and Tricks", one can't go wrong in their quest for learning to master tig welding.
@@descargaelbano I would agree. Meant no disrespect to Jody. He and HAGOJIBI have forgotten more about welding than I will ever know. Couldn't have better teachers or mentors than these two. I could watch them weld for days.
Thank you Master Welder. 🙇🏼♂️
Just started tig welding in college last week, these videos are so helpful! Thank you so much, please keep posting!
Thank you for the well shown examples of bad to good.
It's a real pleasure to watch your videos, and above all, they are very detailed, which helps us, who are beginners in the world of welding, a lot to familiarize ourselves with the basics of work.
Eu não perco uma aula do HAGOJIBI ..
I thought you might weld with the small long cup with lowered gas pressure to see if that works the best. 👍🏼
The only person on youtube that shows a proper insight of how to weld properly,
Tip use another gas line to purge gas into the tight area's if you don't have a good selection of shrouds.
Always good to have a tip ,,, especially for tight corners , like most here , Ive been in a few of them.
Thank you for very useful video!!!!!
Nice job getting in deep. Thanks
Thank you for the good explanation
Like from the moment!
EU GOSTARIA DE COMPRAR UMA MAQUINA DESSA.
Fantastic video. Very thorough explanation. Thank you.
All this just to show a gas lens is better than standard.
Thanks! Kiitos!
Or the other way--- I used to get a diamond tip cutter form the grinding department and cut mu gas shrouds at angles to fit the gaps ( or get them to cut if it was the grumpy git ) 👍❤
Ciekawy film i wyjaśnienie wpływu gazu.
Hi buddy!!! Hope all is well with you. Highly inspired still
Kam-sah-mi-dah! Thank you! Excellent video!
What was the gas flow on these three welds? Hard to read the gauge. More than 20 liters per minute?
Thank you
Good as always! Showed and explained! Well done!
This is very good instruction.
Very good! Thank you for the video.
Much love for HagoJibi. I love your videos. Teach!
Dude all three welds were Flawless
EXCELENTE VIDEO¡¡... SALUDOS DESDE MEXICO¡¡
Thanks friend for sharing your welding techniques
I'm starting welding
What kind of filter do you use in front of the camera? This video is of such a high quality!
good👏👏👏
Good video. I like the music in the back. But they all don’t look like the good bead we want! So we just gotta send it and get it done, that’s a tight ass corner

Hi great trick what amp and gas flow setting for car panel thickness of electro cup size will be great help
Terimakasih anda guru terbaik..👍👍
very interesting
you are clever
few mistakes...on that 11mm nozzle you made mistake of leaving high gas flow...you should have put it down to 6l...smaller nozzle lower gas flow
Simple the best!
I’ve never seen a nozzle like that which you used.
I have however used a miniature torch head in tight situations like that.
The nozzle is 5 mm diameter the whole torch head is only 30 mm in size.
I used it to weld two V8 engines together to make a V16 engine for an American Hot Rod Street machine.
The engine even received plenty of media attention when it was completed.
It was designed by an engineer from Marcopolo
this is wonderful, thank you so much from Florida, USA...Paul
Turn the preflow up but keep cfh low for small cups. Would that work or waste too much gas?
Thx good video .
Hello, is this information also useful when doing MAG welding?
Good tech. Thanks for sharing
A gas lens helps, trapping Argon does as well. Higher gas flow can actually draw in atmosphere
Super film 👍👍👍
Thankyou great tip
Impressive 👌💯🍀…. Excellent videos, keep up the good work 🥇

Excellent sir! thank you!
Thanks!! 😍👏👏
Thanks for giving good idea 💡❤️
Increasing gas flow. Very obvious. It's just a case of me never having thought of it.
Thank you, Mylord !!
Thank you for a very informative video sir!
This is quite an interesting example of turbulent gas mixing with air because of the venturi effect, where the higher speed of the gas with the lower nozzle creates a lot of turbulence that picks up air because of lower pressure generated by the venturi effect.
Counterintuitive, but it's something more skilled welders learn over time with experience, while not fully knowing the details. Learning why something happens helps to better prepare for other issues as well. :)
Nice job!
Danke schön
We used to take our ceramics to the grind shop and ask to run a diamond blade over them to get any angle we needed saved alot of set up time and worked all time
