Looks like they forgot to put the front drive shaft on. Will the factory transfer case work so you still have 4WD? I'm assuming you have to get a new drive shaft made?
Awesome kit! Why not have the tie rod sit higher instead of lower than the axle? That’s a tweak I’d do, and why not a Dana 60? I’m assuming that a 9” is a Dana 44?
Hell yeah! I have a 2015 GMC single cab z71 with a 6.2 under the hood and I am tired of the mall crawler look. Currently I have 20x10s and 275/65 all terrains. Is there anyone out there that can tell me if and what it takes to run a 15 or 16x10 with a 33.5 or a 35-in super swamper TSL's? I had this on my old Yukon GT, and I miss that look of a real off-road tire.
Are yall able to straight axle a 2000 silverado 1500 with about 20" of lift? Looking to go coilover with your 05 f350 axle ans keep the push button 4x4 I recently moved from georgia to colorado and I believe yall are about a 13 hour drive.
I was looking into doing something similar to my 06 lbz 2500. With that setup can you still tow up to the max stock weight? I wasn’t to sure because I’m assuming the off-road king shock isn’t quite as stiff as the stock suspension
Chevy trucks are famous for snapping, bending tie rods, popping cv joints out. Front axle swap you're in the clear from all that. Plus it's how a truck should be built. Chevy did come with a front axle back in the day
A lot of off roaders go to solid front axles for extra strength and for greater articulation of the front wheels. Watch an off road video where someone goes over some very uneven surfaces. It seems weird to see this done on a Tacoma though.
Because GM focused on a truck to ride like a Cadillac with car like front suspension and secondly they should have done what Ford and Dodge did use solid front axle under 3/4 and 1 ton trucks and leave ifs junk under 1/2 ton trucks and SUV's
You must be poor. IFS wins all trophy truck and ultra 4 races for a reason. How is this even a debate? you can sped $4000 on a dana 60 that would cost your $40,000 for same durability IFS. is your issue.
Ever heard of grammar? And not everyone is building there truck into a trophy truck lmao. And actually your quite wrong about what you said regarding Ultra 4, it’s relatively split, the ifs rigs do better in the open desert while the solid axle rigs do better on the rocks. It’s a trade off.
How all 2500+ should come from the factory
Yep my Chevy needs this
Man y'all boys have really done your homework on your sas kit.👍👍👊👊✌✌
I love it!
Badass build
Do you guys make a conversion kit for half ton silverados?
Would be awesome to seem them do a build with some portal axles

Why buy deaver springs then run a block? am I missing something?
Awesome badass 😊
Which vehicle did you get that front dana 60 axle from? 🙏
2005 and newer F-250 Superduty axle.
Can you make one for the 88-98 gmc and Chevy?
Bluetooth front drive shaft?

That's a Superduty Dana 60. The 9 inch is referring to the lift height.
I want this for my 2008 1500 Chevy Silverado.
Nice and clean.Made in USA
Love the video!
What made y'all choose the Ford axle over a ProRock 60?
Probably price!

Look up bds lifts, there solid and they tell you exactly what your looking for on the site
Wheels aren't going to clear the brakes or the lift knuckle you'll need to run that wide of a wheel and 35s.
I need this for my 97
was allison removed?? every video I seen has it removed just wondering.

Will you be making a SAS for the 2020 GM trucks?
I need this for my 1999 c1500 Suburban. I don’t even care if it is 2WD And I want it and want it. What if I don’t connect the front diff?
Whats the steering and 4 link kit?
People say the front ends of these trucks suck but after fixing those cheap ass tie rods I've yet to break it.
What size of tires? I'm looking at doing your 6 inch kit on my 05 GMC Sierra 2500hd 6.0. I have the axle but don't know if I should do 6 or 9
Did you have to go from 8x180 to 8x170 or 8x6.5
Ill take it!
Any kits for a Chevy Express van?

Pretty sure the kings are adjustable and it depends on your rear setup (lift leafs if you went with HD or not)
Does this require deleting abs and stabilitrack systems?
Are the coilovers 10” travel?
So is it still 4wd?
I see a pumpkin
@@jphillips472 what?
@@davidknight4645 yes, its still 4wd, there is a pumpkin under there, a diff. You can see the bolts to the cover
What axel did you use? And from what truck?
2005+ Ford Super Duty Dana 60
You guys need a shop here on the east coast somewhere because my 08 gmc dually needs a solid axle swap...I hate this fuck'n IFS junk 👎🏿👎🏿🤦🏿♂️
How much would that cost for an 02 chevy
Give us a call at the shop 530-268-9494 ext 1
Nice work. But why?
