I remember when FB first came out. It was, and still is, so much faster than MAME, which is what i was using to play Neo Geo games at the time. So much so that i did an experiment and could have 14 Neo Geo games running at full speed at the same time on my desktop with my 3Ghz Dual Core AMD Phenom II 550 CPU, compared to 2 or 3 in MAME.
How I’ll play the neo geo games like last resort cyberlip and last resort every time I use final burn Neo it errors including Street fighter Arcade and Tmnt

You might have to Google that. Thing is. A Neo Geo set is only around 4gb..

Both of those games aren't Neo Geo games.
Some of my roms give me the white screen and some work just fine. From the same source too.

I followed your guide step by step, trying to play World heros perfect but getting Romset us unknown any reason why?
Sounds like you have an old romset. Try a different set and more recent.
