I alternate between two notebook computers associated with my desktop computer. I had erroneously assumed that each *pair* of computers required its own security key, when in fact, all three computers require the *same* security key. It worked properly once I got that subtlety thru my head. Regarding your point about retiring the "extra" keyboard and mouse - don't do it! There are situations when the remote mouse does not work, so the hardwired keyboard is required. An example is when Windows' UAC dialog is active.
it doesn't work on me. for some reason it detects both but they are disconnected. I tried turning off firewall but it doesn't work. I don't know what wrong with it. I also use Logi+ option and use Flow. it doesn't work too... it's exactly the same. they detected each other but doesn't work.
FYI: Problem solved: If you are using Logitech's Easy switch with two computers Microsoft Garage Mouse without borders will not work unless you remove one of the Easy switch USBs from one of the computers. Took me a while but I figured it out and now the mouse and keyboard work seamlessly.
Shane, hoping you can add some insight why UA-cam TV does not fill the screen on the S23 ultra but it does on the iPhone. The large bezels for this app on Samsung devices is frustrating especially now that they have the right to the NFL broadcasts
I assume it fills the screen the same way as UA-cam can if you pinch to zoom? Might be a weird example of a Google app getting features on iOS first. Does happen sometimes.
Is there a way for a dual monitor setup , to lock the mouse to one screen and unlock it with a hotkey. I hope it is understandable. Thank you for any help. Have a great day ✌
I found an app called Dual Monitor Tools that allows you to do that, I use it for some games where the mouse isn't captured exclusively so it moves to the other monitor and starts taking clicks on that screen during a game.
I need to use all different kinds of devices and OS for work, and while this feature is really cool the universal control for Apple is an amazingly better version. First it works with between mac and ipad, secon it works automatically with any device you are signed into with your apple account and is close by. And last it doesnt need to be on the network! This last one is amazing to me as it means you can throw a macbook and ipad in your bag, and use them together no matter where you are working. Any way i want something like universal control but that works with windows (and android would be cool too)
I used software 10 years ago that had that capability but it is nice it is built into power toys now. Thank you for sharing.
When I try to connect, mine is not working, and it shows a yellow border (on the "connected" pcs icon) on the dashboard.
How do stop the arrowing from jumping the arrow keeps moving when switching between two computers

Is this only possible with wireless, or also with wired devices? 🤔
As long as they're connected to the internet
@@shanecraigtech thx! 🤗
So i can use my old wired keyboard! Thats really cool!
Thank you so much for your content! 👍

@@shanecraigtech the pinch function does not work for UA-cam TV. Find it odd that a google app runs way better on iOS.

You can lock on one PC or another, not one monitor. At least not with this.

@@tmerridew nice thank you very much , gonna look it up
Thanks
