Yeah battery usage is comparatively high on Android 14 if I compare it with Android 13 on our device. Let's see if it gets improved with future updates.
I seem to have a problem so I downloaded the TWRP on my S7 Edge installed it with odin and everything was fine I got everything pretty much working except for the fact that for some reason I can't get the Samsung Galaxy store my Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Direct for the Quick Share nearby share won't work and I can't get Samsung accounts
I'm not sure if Quick Share works in AOSP ROMs. But you can't get Samsung accounts integrated in AOSP Custom ROMs. That will require a lot of core work and permissions from Samsung. But you can use certain apps for example Samsung Health app and sign into your Samsung account in that specific app to restore data of that app.
Flash the GApps variant with Google Messages app replacing the dialer. Or you can simply install it later. No idea about Quick Share. You talking about Samsung Quick Share?

First time I've seen someone done this, very impressive. Also impressed at how smooth it runs on the S7 even with the old hardware.
Specially the Exynos even on the Stock Software is still really snappy.

Stock always better in Samsung phones. If you use GCAM you can do better in AOSP ROMs. But with the stock snap camera, no good photos.

Check if the SD card works fine in your PC. If yes then it might be twrp problem. Try a different twrp recovery.

The process worked fine right?
If yes, try reinstalling latest TWRP, backup all your data. Format data, use reboot menu to reboot again into TWRP and flash ROM.
But the twrp menu is not coming. It is just stuck on the loading screen of twrp.
