I hope that i will be able to show you enough tips so you don't end up buying a fake phone thinking that it is the original S7 Edge!

You can also go into a dark room to check if the screen is Amoled or not. I think, fakes have cheaper screens and a complete black picture would shine in the dark.

There is the one easiest way to test the fake, with your real Samsung phone simply go to phone and dial
* # 0 * # (no spaces, i put spaces because this youtube wont allow me to input *), a test screen will appear, choose "sensor" and under sensor choose "image test" and a chihuahua dog image will appear in the real Samsung device, fake phone won't have this image. This is how the Samsung people told me to check

BIGGEST DIFFERENCES, FAKE SHOULD BE:
1. Touch buttons should be invisible!!!
2. Display should be god-like. Much better than what you even find on the iPhone 6. Expect it to be god-like and if it NOT, then it is FAKE.
3. Look at the phone when turned on from an 180 degree angle. IF you can NOT see the display well, then it is FAKE. The real S7 Edge' display is perfect. You can see it from 180 degrees perfectly!
4. Turn off phone, start the phone in recovery/download mode (volume up/down+home+power). If it's chinese or some other crap, it is FAKE. Real one looks really fancy and should impress you!

If these codes don't work, you may have a fake device.
The easiest way to notice a fake s7 edge is on the edge. The screen on the real one goes all over the edge. The fake one has an edge too, but the screen does not go over the edge. But there are clones now of the s8 edge, that look exactely like the real s8 edge. The screen even goes over the edge.

in my experience with real S7s the soft keys are more visible on lighter color devices. not a best metric to judge by

I dive with it every damn day. no worries, i even dropped it into my swimming pool in the evening and the next morning i got a call right after taking it out of. dont use dryer, may heat up and reduce its hardware components. just hit the bottom edge to a towel. water comes out on its own

So much hate on a replica phone. We know that some of you here have money to burn and can afford to buy a new phone whenever a new model comes out. Why not just buy a reasonable phone because a phone, as the name suggests, is a device that is used particularly to make and receive phone calls. If you want good graphics, buy a HD television. You want to play games, buy a PS4. You want a good camera, get a DSLR.
Ummm wrong. A phone isn't just a phone. It is a personal computer. so having the latest PC is appealing to most people. You cant walk around with a HD-tv, Ps4 and DSLR everywhere you go now can you?
